Long post but worth the read!! I went to CG two years ago for breast augmentation and when I tell you I will never go back there…I MEAN IT. I will ONLY use Carvalho’s private office!!! I had surgery today 3/24/26. I had a tummy tuck, lipo in sides, arms and inner thighs. This was a last minute decision on my part. I decided 3 weeks ago to have this done before summer. I was originally planning on lipo 360, bbl, inner thighs and arms. But when I went to pre op yesterday, things changed. I sat down and spoke with Sara (who’s been fantastic) and Dr. Carvalho (also fantastic) he told me he would do whatever I wanted but he recommended a tuck since I’ve had two kids, that if I did the lipo I would have to come back in a year and get a tuck because if the extra skin sag. My husband and I talked it over and before even meeting with Carvalho we knew his decision on my body to look its best was gonna to be the right one. So I thought about it for an hour and decided to go with his advice and chose the tuck. I am currently in a ton of pain!! But I will say I’m 12 hours into this and it’s not as bad as it was this morning. I can’t tell you how my results look as of now but I can tell you the care I received and it was outstanding!! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than this one! The time and patience everyone had with me was incredible! 100/10!

I can’t express how happy I am with Dr Decio Carvalho. Two months after my tummy tuck and all I have is a thin scar that will most likely be gone in another couple of months. He is incredible and his team is amazing. Always available for us, 24/7. Best thing I’ve done in my life. Thank you Dr Decio and team.

My butt is still flat / still have hip dips. I’m very sad;( I asked for voluminous butt and hips. I was 160 lb. 5’3 and I thought I would have enough fat for a bigger butt with hips. I have one seroma on lower abdomen even with lymph massages as well. Bumpy tummy. I will be getting a second BBL else where but I’ve been dreaming of the body I wanted and it just is not. Overall, I look better than what I began with(tiny butt) but it’s not much of a difference. A little more full but no one can really tell I got a bbl. I wanted a juicy butt with noticeable hips . Some people like the VERY natural look.

I had surgery with Dr. Decio Carvalho a few years ago, and unfortunately it was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, the environment was unpleasant. The staff at the front desk and the nurse were rude and unprofessional. When Dr. Carvalho arrived, his attitude was extremely cold and dismissive. He treated me very poorly, which made me feel uncomfortable and even regret being there before the surgery even started. After the procedure, I was bleeding heavily and did not feel well at all. Despite telling the staff that I was not feeling okay, they seemed very eager to discharge me as quickly as possible. They ended up taking me out through the back of the clinic, which was full of garbage bins, and sent me home. When I got home, I realized they had forgotten to give me my pain medication and I was not given antibiotics either. When I tried to call the clinic, no one answered. Because of how bad I felt, I had to go to the emergency room, where I ended up being hospitalized. The entire experience was extremely distressing and unprofessional. The way I was treated before and after surgery was unacceptable. At one point before the surgery I even thought about leaving because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. I would strongly advise anyone considering this doctor to be very cautious.
