One star is too kind they deserve a half of a star I just left this office and my experience there with the plastic surgeon ( Dr William Abouhassan) was horrific. I came in for a single reason and it was because I had a bump on my nose but that surgeon was so disrespectful and his tone of voice so so rude not only did her belittle me he disrespected me and told me “ I should just cover it with makeup “ he didn’t advise me he didn’t tell me other opinions he just flat out belittled me and made me feel small . I will no longer be coming to this office anymore .

OhioHealth Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons refused to submit an order for physical therapy following carpal tunnel release. A surgeon who left the practice (Dr. Okada -- she was wonderful and left to start her own practice) within the past month performed carpal tunnel surgery on both my hands this fall. When I saw her for my follow-up before she left, she said that if I decided I wanted to do physical therapy, to call the office and request that one of her colleagues submit an order. When I called to have an order submitted, I was told they would not do that because I hadn't been seen by any of their doctors. ??? For them to submit a PT order, they wanted me to come in for an appointment for one of their doctors to look at the scars on my hands again? to look at my chart to confirm that I had two surgeries performed by their former colleague less than two months ago? to have a reason to charge me and my insurance company for an office visit? That's it ... a reason to charge for an utterly ridiculous and useless office visit.
