I seriously can’t say enough good things about my septo-rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Kim and her team. When initially considering this surgery and consulting with different surgeons, what stood out about Dr. Kim was how open and honest she was about expectations, results, and the recovery process. She explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood both the benefits and the limitations of the procedure, and never overpromised. I always felt fully informed and prepared at every stage. Even on the day of surgery during pre-op preparations, every member of the surgical team explained what was happening and was willing to answer any questions I had. She also created such a comfortable, judgment-free space. I had a lot of questions (big and small), and I never once felt rushed or dismissed during the initial consults, pre-surgery, nor the follow-ups. She and her team are incredible, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. Even at ~7 weeks post-op, my results are already amazing. I know I'm very early in my healing journey, but I can already see such an improvement in my nose. I still look like me, but much more balanced and refined. I can also breathe so much better now. Functionally and aesthetically, I’m so happy with the results. Also, this surgery has made a real difference in my confidence. I feel more comfortable in photos, in conversations, and just in general as I go about my everyday life. Choosing to have this surgery with Dr. Kim was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering the same.

About three years ago, I came down with Bell’s Palsy, a facial nerve infection that for the majority will recover just fine. Mine was more severe and led to Synkinesis, which can feel like partial muscle paralysis within the face. Dr. Kim has since treated me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need. She is professional, thoughtful, thorough, and personable. I have had nothing but outstanding treatment at this facility!
