Dr. Krajekian and his team were wonderful. I had the best experience with my dental implant placement. The procedure was very simple, and efficient. My implant placement only took 5 minutes. I was pain free because of the Exparel shot that they administered while I was still numb in the office. It kept me comfortable for five days! Both he and his staff were so considerate and thoughtful throughout my entire appointment. I felt that I was treated like family. I would recommend Dr. Krajekian to anyone needing surgical or implant work done! Dr. Krajekian also did Botox treatment for my neck, shoulder, and back pain a month ago. The relief and release of pressure that I have felt since has made a world of a difference in my daily life, especially with my job and responsibilities at work.

Dr. Krajekian and his team were very professional and did an AMAZING job with my implant procedure. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all the questions I had and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I was extremely nervous and I felt like I couldn't have been in better hands. I truly appreciated his care, attention to detail, and bedside manner. Let me just start by saying that Dr. Joseph Krajekian is the most amazing doctor that I have ever met. From our initial meeting, I could sense that he was very experienced, confident and caring in his craft. My dentist noticed something in an x-ray that concerned him and referred me to Dr Krajekian for a diagnosis. This required me to get a CT scan to see the issue. It was determined that I had a possible cyst that ended up being a tumor growing in my jaw bone on my left side. Unfortunately, that required a surgery to remove the tumor and half of my jaw bone to be replaced with a titanium frame. Dr. Krajekian used bone from my hip ground up with stem cells to regenerate a new jaw bone around the titanium frame. Pretty amazing stuff, but scary news. Dr. Krajekian guided me through the whole process. He had a 3D image of my skull printed from the CT scan and used the model for a virtual surgery and used this to make the prostatic frame. The surgery date was set. After the surgery and recovery period, doctor Krajekian personally visited me in the hospital room to see how I was recovering. He helped me out of bed to get up and walk around the hallway. I had to stay overnight but was able to be released and headed for home the next day. The doctor gave me his personal cell phone number and requested me to text him each evening for two weeks to keep him updated on my recovery. What doctor does that? His bed side manner is second to none. I had some follow up visits at the office to stay on top of healing and recovery. I was able to text Dr Krajekian with any questions or concerns and he was always quick to respond to my needs. If you do any research on Dr Krajekian you will find that he actually specializes in this type of surgery and is on the forefront of new innovative technology to promote faster recovery. My daughter needs to have her wisdom teeth removed in the near future and we won't hesitate to have Dr Krajekian preform the procedure. I can't say enough good things about the good doctor. He really cares about his patients. Six month later, to look at me, you couldn't tell that I had major facial surgery. Life is back to normal.

So I’ll be honest, I hated everything about Dentalworks except for like 3 employees and this guy was one of them!! He was quick, funny, and a little cocky so the perfect dentist! He pulled my wisdom tooth out in two seconds and made me feel comfortable the entire time! If you hate the dentist and want a quick and easy procedure like me, definitely go see him! But do NOT give Belden the time of day if you are going to see him! They NEVER call you back unless they have to, the staff is rude when they do call, and they leave in the middle of the week day so unreliable if you need them. I’ve never been more disappointed with a dental office. Go to Mayfied Heights and ask for Deb or Fairlawn and ask for Megan!! They were beyond helpful!!

Dr. Krajekian and his staff were remarkable. Getting my wisdom teeth removed has been long overdue--they were severely impacted causing many infections. Dr. Krajekian and staff noticed I was extremely anxious before the procedure and took the time to comfort and explain everything throughout the whole process. I did end up getting the nitrous option but I told them they could turn it off because of how good he numbed me! Whole procedure took about 5 minutes and I didn't feel a single thing. If you don't like the noise, I'd recommend bringing headphones to listen to music and you'd do just fine! You can tell Dr. Krajekian really puts his patients first and has an extreme passion for what he does. Not to mention how kindhearted and adorable his assistants were.
