The best experience I have ever had was at the UC Plastic Surgery Center. The staff and surgeons were kind caring and very skilled. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for.

I drive from another state to receive care at UC Plastic Surgery Burn and Wound Care Unit. Dr. J. Slater takes her time with you, is direct, clear on after-care instructions and I finally had success in healing a 2-year-old wound. The nurse was helpful, gentle and knew her stuff about wound care. I have recommended this group to many other people and it was worth the drive.

I came in for a consultation and left feeling disappointed with my experience here. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, but the medical assistant I came into contact with was extremely rude and unpleasant. I didn’t say or do anything to warrant this. She had a bad attitude and seemed irritated with my existence. I recall her name tag having “cinnamon” on it which I thought was odd. I ended up going with another plastic surgery office for the procedure I am wanting to have done in Cincinnati and it was largely because of her. The doctors I met with were okay, but there are far too many places that perform plastic surgery to even consider putting up with that kind of treatment.

For anyone wanting info on breast reduction surgery they have a firm BMI cap of 32 but they will refuse to tell you that until after you come sit through a whole class. Total waste of time. They should be ashamed.

I called the UC Burn Center to find out the hours of operations as the genius' don't list the hours on the website. The person answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional behind this simple question. FYI - I can do better with another Local hospital. Indeed
