Thank you Lord, for Dr. Gina. Today I am 60 days post surgery after having an extended abdominoplasty and monsplasty procedure done. I was obese until I was 18 years old, weighing around 335lbs at my heaviest. Through macronutrient tracking and a fitness-focused lifestyle, I lost over 140lbs naturally over the course of 4 years.
