I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kundu’s office and his entire team. From the very first consultation to every follow-up visit, the level of professionalism, warmth, and excellence has been unmatched. Everyone in the office is welcoming, organized, and truly dedicated to patient care. A very special thank you to my favorite RN, Cassie. She is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Cassie takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. She is attentive and proactive, always anticipating her clients’ needs and addressing concerns before you even have to ask. Her compassion and initiative truly set her apart.

Mercy has done me well! Last week during my appointment with Sandy, I realized I had NEVER felt so comfortable and safe in an exam room. She was professional, yet extremely personable. She made me feel so understood. Sandy gave me so much valuable information, and was straight forward with me about what this next year will look like. I feel so confident and prepared in continue this journey I’m going on. I have confidence in how well I’ll be taken care of during this process.

Dr. Neil Kundu was an excellent with my immediate Breast construction as well as used a 5 day blocked so I do not have pain and used a wound vac which allowed no pain and used a cleaning a reduced swelling. Excellent Md and treatment.

Dr. Kundu and his staff have all been incredible to work with on my journey. I have horrible anxiety (about doctor's appointments especially), but they are all so kind and respectful my panic melts away when I walk in. The doctor has been knowledgeable and realistic from the get-go, and this process is going way smoother than I ever could have dreamed. Most importantly, I feel in control of my own healthcare. Nobody is trying to talk me into anything. They're here to help me achieve my own goals, and doing a great job at that! I can't imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else when I already found the best.
