I have been a patient here for several years, since before they moved to their new location. I couldn’t be happier with the services they provide and the attention to detail from them. Suzanne is amazing, btw. I just had some treatments done with her and she explained everything thoroughly before hand, we talked through my desired results and she kept me informed along the way of why she was doing what she was doing and what the anticipated results would be. Thank you Suzanne! Everyone who works here is kind, welcoming and will make you feel super comfortable with any treatment you have done. Beth at the front desk is the sweetest too. I went to Augusta Aesthetics for the first time this week for Botox and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The space itself is gorgeous and so tech-savvy — everything feels streamlined, modern, and intentional. My aesthetician, Rachel, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and kind, and instead of overwhelming me with a long list of “must-dos,” she calmly walked me through simple ways to support my skin and age gracefully. I never felt pressured — just cared for. I’ll absolutely be back!
