I received a breast reduction from Dr. Cobbins. I am SOOOO HAPPY with the results. I am still healing, however the work she did already looks so good. In the consultation she listened, she was honest - very upfront on what could and couldn't be done. She answered all my questions, even the ones I asked twice. Her staff is friendly and polished and her office is well maintained.

I flew into Chicago from California to be seen by Dr. Cobbins due to her and Dr. Braithwaite’s phenomenal reputations. I want to take a moment to express how satisfied I am with Dr. Braithwaite and his team at The Aesthetic Institute of Chicago. I traveled from DTX for a gynecomastia revision with liposuction after not getting the results I wanted from a previous surgeon, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From my pre-op appointment through my first post-op visit, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The nurses and CRNA were excellent—thorough, attentive, and focused on making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Dr. Braithwaite truly stands out. Everything you’ve heard about Dr. B is true. He's great. He makes you feel right at home and makes sure the job gets done right. He's a pro. I thanked him after the surgery for taking such good care of me for such an incredible price. He said he likes helping people out. He's a really good guy. im forever in his debt. Incredible doctor. Dr Cobbins is sweet. But my issue was I heard that she does NOT do gynecomastia with skin removal with free nipple graft (since I have grade 3 gyno). So when I called the office to confirm if they do skin removal the receptionist stated she does (she confirmed with me twice). When I get there Dr. Cobbins told me she would not do skin removal. It would have saved me $100 consultation fee if the receptionist could have just known this. Second issue was that I was quoted $10,650 for my Lipo 360. While another person who was bigger than me was quoted $6,200 (both back in 2024). If there is a good reason I would like to know why and I will revise my review but for now I have to remove a star for it. I would say for grade 1 or 2 gyno go with their office, but for grade 3 and 4, avoid them.
