I had such a positive experience with Dr. Galiano and his team. From the very first consultation, his bedside manner was excellent. He truly listened to my concerns, took his time explaining every part of the procedure in detail, and always made sure I felt informed and comfortable. My pre-op appointments were smooth, reassuring, and incredibly helpful. Most of my post-op visits and conversations have been with his nurse, Lisa. She’s responsive, helpful, and always gets my questions answered in a timely manner. There are times I wish I could talk to Dr. Galiano directly but even with that, I’ve consistently received the support and information I needed. I did develop necrosis on one breast because of the radiation to prevent keloids — absolutely no fault of Dr. Galiano. That side is still healing and doesn’t look great right now but the breast that wasn't affected looks good, healing great and I truly love the result AND the neck, shoulder and back relief. Even with the complication, my pain never went above a 5 and I’ve always felt like I was in good hands. I’ve already recommended Dr. Galiano to others. He’s a talented surgeon with excellent bedside manner, and I genuinely appreciate everything he’s done for me.

Dr. Galiano is truly exceptional. I sought his opinion as a second consultation after the first doctor told me my aggressive c-section scar would likely be impossible to remove. Dr. Galiano immediately diagnosed the issue as an aggressive keloid and confidently recommended surgery as the best path forward. The surgery went great! I was particularly impressed that he used his own specialized bandaging technique to ensure the scar healed perfectly. The results are incredible: My c-section scar is completely gone, and my flat stomach is back! I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Galiano and his entire team for their expertise, care, and delivering such a great result.
