I had an incredible experience with Dr. Moynihan at Gold Coast Plastic Surgery. From the very first consultation, he took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and explain every detail in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. Susan, the surgical coordinator, was also amazing—she guided me through every step of the process with care, clarity, and genuine support, making everything feel seamless. My results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Moynihan’s skill and attention to detail truly show in his work. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone considering a rhinoplasty.

Thank you to the GCPS team for their care through every step of my rhinoplasty process. Dr. Moynihan completed a rhinoplasty for two of my friends and me. All of our results are extremely natural; comments I often receive are, "something looks slightly different but you look like yourself," and this was my goal all along - to soften my appearance while retaining my look. Dr. Moynihan explained that he works with a patient's anatomy to create a softened outcome that compliments the rest of their features, versus designing a new nose based on a celebrity or inspo image. The procedure itself went smoothly and everything was on time. I had no pain after, just pressure and congestion for the week following, as expected. I'm 9 weeks post the procedure as I write this and the results are already fantastic even though it can take up to 12 months to see thr final outcome. Thank you once again to the GCPS team - highly recommend!

I worked with Carli for my first time getting lip filler and wow is she amazing! I emphasized I wanted very natural results and she is definitely your girl for undetectable injectables. Highly recommend and I love my results!

I had a septo/rhinoplasty completed by Dr Moynihan in December 2021 and it remains one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. My nose looks nothing like the rendered photos that I was told it would look like and spent over $12,000 in 2021 on. When I first got my cast off I verbalized that I did not like my nose and was told that it was the swelling. At my one year follow up when I stated that I was still unhappy I was offered a revision for 2,000. I did initially consider the revision but afterwards decided not to take the risk with the same doctor whose work I was not happy with in the first place. The things I voiced that I wanted were a straight and refined tip, straight profile, and a narrow tip. The one thing I stated that I specifically do not want was a round nose tip. Now I have an uneven nose, the tip is extremely rounded, my nose tip is bulbous, my nose runs 24/7, and also droop downwards. I debated for a long time whether I wanted to even write this review but would hate for someone else to spend their hard earned money and go through the same. Also worth mentioning, during one of my last visits I was checked in and brought into one of the rooms by a staff member who proceeded to give me a tablet with Gmail open and said that the doctor would be in once I posted a review. It was extremely uncomfortable and I can’t help but think that is the reason why most reviews on here are positive.

I know most people have had a good experience with this place, but I really feel like I fell through the cracks. To be blunt, the results from my breast augmentation were completely underwhelming and not worth the $8,000. It was a total waste of money, and I wish I went somewhere else. I trusted Dr. Lukavsky with his recommendation for size, and when I expressed that I was unhappy with the size, saying they were much smaller than my reference photos, he simply stated "you agreed to it". When I reached out to Tanis about getting it redone, she was rude to me, and I honestly have no idea why. She didn't reply to my email for about a week, so I called the office. I assumed I could get some sort of discount as a returning customer who was very dissatisfied, but when she finally replied she said "Hi Kirsten,, It would be another surgery so yes, the fee would be similar. I will write up a quote and send it to you by the end of today." (With the typo in it). The quote was for another $8,000. I was able to find someone else who offered to do an exchange for thousands of dollars less. I got a HUGE rash on the side of my breast as a reaction to the post-op medication he gave me, but he didn't even notice it until I pointed it out. I mentioned I have a history of hives and he said "You do??". It was already in my medical background I gave him and I had told him verbally before. 3 days before my procedure I got a reminder about my surgery and the time was completely different than what I booked. When I inquired they said they had to bump me up because another surgery was canceled. They didn't ask if I could make it; I just had to do it. They also repeatedly called me by the wrong name and spelled my name wrong. The surgery prep packet looked like it was written by a 3rd grader. It contained outdated medical information (using hydrogen peroxide on wounds hasn't been the standard of care for over a decade), and it often conflicted with the information Dr. Lukavsky gave me, and subsequently differed from what nurses told me. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Lukavsky nor his office. He uses a friendly and caring tone, but does not follow through with results nor take accountability. I would rather have a mean doctor and get good results at a fair price.
