Dr. Kafali, nurse Krystal and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing to work with. I was very hesitant on doing the procedure for years because I have a very low pain tolerance. However everyone made me feel very comfortable and gave me tips on making the processes as painless as possible. Which it was! Surgery and recovery was a breeze! I can’t recommend them enough they made everything seamless and I am very happy with my results.

Fantastic experience! I am not the most comfortable with anything medical, but Dr. Kafali, Klaudia and especially her nurse Krystal made me feel extremely at ease and supported. They listened to my concerns and adjusted my post op plan and scheduling to accommodate me which was a huge relief as someone who does not live in Chicago. Would highly recommend.
