Honest review. I am 12 weeks po. Honestly from the moment I walked into the first appointment. Ive always had an amazing experience. Every appointment even the procedure itself has been great. My 3 month po was yesterday. Technically it was next week but we are expecting bad weather i called and spoke to someone in the facility and they were to change it. I didn't receive the appointment confirmation but I rarely do. My husband drove me the 2.5 hours to the facility. The lady at the front desk told me my appointment was not changed. I remained calm she was polite SHE OFFERED TO GO FIND A NURSE AND SEE IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE. I turned that down. I didnt want them to feel rushed especially when I do have questions about a few things. So I opted on my own to reschedule. I called my husband before he got to far. He was going to find food. He was mad. Of course thats a 6 hour drive. So I said what I always say just to make him happy its fine I will write a review.... here is that review. Yes it sucked but she offered to get a nurse and also gave me another balancer pro appointments for free. She did amazing and she was nice. I am grateful for everything this company has done for me. They are always on top of everything. Answer every single question. Remember if you go here not everything is perfect. All of our bodies are different. My results have been nothing short of amazing. I am still forever grateful for them here. Charlotte is the place to be for sure

The young lady that administers my Venus treatments is definitely an asset for your establishment. She’s very knowledgeable regarding my journey. She has great bedside manners. And, she reads the room well. Some days I’m more chatty than others. When I’m not as chatty, she allows me to quietly relax. 😊

Britney Ayers at SonoBello is my Legacy Venus specialist and she is wonderful. She explained what the process would be in a clear and transparent manner to ensure that I understood. She has a very calm demeanor and I felt comfortable with her during both sessions. The room was clean and quiet and she did an amazing job. I’m looking forward to my future sessions with her.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience I’ve had at Sono Bello Charlotte. From the very beginning, Dr. Hill has been absolutely amazing. His bedside manner, the way he listens, and the comfort he provides throughout the entire process is unmatched. He made me feel completely at ease, and the results are already looking better every single day. Dr. Hill explained everything clearly and even addressed other areas that needed attention. He was honest with me about still needing a back lift, but he focused beautifully on my main area and gave me back so much confidence. When I decide to move forward with my back lift, there is no doubt that I would love for Dr. Hill to be the one to do it. The entire staff at the Charlotte location deserves just as much recognition. From Brienne Davis, the Assistant Practice Manager, to the reception team and every single nurse I encountered—everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office itself is so clean, warm, and inviting, which only adds to the level of comfort and trust you feel when walking in. I will continue to recommend Dr. Hill and the entire Sono Bello Charlotte team to anyone considering this journey. They’ve truly given me my confidence back, and I couldn’t be more thankful! ❤️
