It was my son Spencer and mine first time at Piedmont Plastic and Surgery Dermatology and Wow 😊 what a wonderful positive experience. The staff from as soon you come to the front door are very professional and extremely courteous. My son had an appointment with Dr. Christine and her wonderful nurse and Dr. examine my son went into detail about his skin concerns and downright made us feel very comfortable. She is an amazing and knowledgeable physician and also your whole staff. I work in the Airline industry for over 30 years and I know a thing or two about helping people and this is the feel you receive at Piedmont Plastic and Surgery, we both thank you. Patrick Pope😊😊👍

I know first hand that both Dr. Miguel Yanez and Dr. Tonya McLeod are excellent doctors. I did my research prior to choosing this practice and these practicianers. They and their staff listen and are proactive with advice and recommendations. A referral by my much admired Primary Care doctor to another office nearby was a bust. Happy I found them!

Went to PPSD on a referral from my primary to have an osteoma removed and I can't say enough good things. I was able to get appointments that worked with my schedule, Dr. Rock explained everything every step of the way, and all the staff has been friendly and courteous. I'm about two months post-op and I'm relieved at how seamlessly everything is going. If you're looking for both professional and comforting, definitely look into PPSD.

Great visit. Really nice doctor and nurse. Took care of me in an excellent way! Super professional and to the point. I am very happy I got referred to them by my doctor.

I am cautioning everyone NOT to go to PPSD Blakney. I went in for fillers and at that appointment Dr. Tonya McCloud said I need to have a spot on my face looked at. The way Dr McCloud said that to me I thought I had skin cancer. I made ANOTHER appointment to have the spot looked at. Looking back I think she was basically using fear to get me back in for another appointment and of course for more money for her.When I called to make an appointment for the spot on my face the girl said “Dr McLoud can look at it during your 2 week follow up”. Went in for that 2 week follow up and I was told by Dr McCloud needed to make ANOTHER appointment. I made the 2nd appointment, went in and Dr Tonya McCloud told me it was a sun spot and she froze it off. To top it all off I got a bill from them because now I find out they DO NOT take my health insurance!! I asked the girl at the time of my appointment at the front desk if they needed my health insurance card. She said NO, they already had it on file. At that point she should have told me they are not in network with BCBS HOME! She did not and they sent me a bill for my appointment! I pay 683.00 a month for health insurance. I would have gone to another dermatologist if I was informed. I have worked at several doctors offices and I ALWAYS informed the patient of what insurance company we were in network with. As you read this please keep in mind that in past I only used Dr Tonya McCloud for cosmetic and did not and obviously could not use health insurance. AGAIN BEWARE of this office and doctor!!! Stay away! Oh, and I sat in a the room for 1 hour before Tonya McCloud came in! I was just getting ready to leave; she and the office is so DISRESPECTFUL!! Marissa the “office supervisor” tried to brush this off as “ the clinical staff was working front desk that day” . OMG! STOP with the excuses! Dr Tonya McCloud’s office at Blakney is horrible. You can tell they don’t care about their patients, they rarely even reply to a review.
