Not only is Mischell an expert in her field but her knowledge of injectables, their use, proper care and safety is paramount. I had revision rhinoplasty twice with Dr Kulbersh. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made. The first time he did things that we never discussed and made my nose much larger than it was before. I gave him pictures of how I wanted my nose to look before I ever let him touch my face. It’s as if he just threw the pictures away and just did whatever he wanted. I then went in for a revision again, after complaining for over a year. I had to pay a ridiculous amount yet again. Now, several years after the second revision, I look even worse. I am disfigured and have lumps on my nose and it is crooked. He said he will not perform surgery again, so now I have to pay to have someone out of state that is skilled in such surgery to fix what he messed up. I spoke to an attorney, but since I’m not permanently handicapped, there was nothing they could do. I want to warn anyone that is considering a rhinoplasty from Dr Kulbersh to avoid him at all costs. He will leave you looking worse than had you not gone at all.

I called this office with the hopes of scheduling an appointment to see Dr. Kulbersh for a consultation for lower bhepharoplasty due to under eye volume loss with filler migration causing swelling. I don't know if I explained myself incorrectly but apparently the doctor doesn't see patients for this but refers patients to mid-level providers "nurse practioners" for other procedures. I spoke to someone called Sky I believe her name was. I explained to her I have seen nurse practioners in my home state for procedures they would suggest and I did not achieve any success instead more damaging and additional volume loss. So, they offer a $300 virtual consultation fee with the most likely that I won't be a surgical candidate she said and would still refer me to a mid-level provider to see what treatment they would suggest. I don't know if the conversation was lost in translation. I do not wish to have any other procedures that I already had done in the past.
