RICA IS THE QUEEN!!!! I recently had a Micro Laser Peel treatment with her, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! it was my first time and I had a lot of questions and a few concerns, but Rica immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. What stood out to me the most was how much she cared. She listened carefully to all of my concerns, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I felt confident throughout the entire process. That level of care is something you don't find everywhere. I believe that treatments like this are only as good as the person performing them, and that's why choosing the right professional is so important. When someone is working on your face, trust means everything. Rica earned my trust from the very first appointment, and by the end of the treatment I felt completely confident that I was in the best hands possible. The results have been amazing, but beyond the results themselves, what I appreciate most is Rica's professionalism, expertise, kindness, and attention to detail. Nurse Rica is the best! I've never felt more confident and comfortable with a skincare provider. She is always well prepared for me and remembers my preferences. She listens to my concerns and knows just what I need to look and feel confident. She always has great suggestions for my touch ups and add ons to my skincare routine too. She's the full package!

I had such a great experience at SDBotox in Carlsbad! I booked a consultation with Victoria Graaff, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough.
