I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Gehaan D'Souza at Iconic Plastic Surgery in Carlsbad, California. From the very beginning, I was profoundly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and overall bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly heard throughout the entire process. I especially loved the team approach with Dr. Roy David(Golden Triangle Facial Plastic Surgery) for my procedures—complex rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. Everything felt very coordinated, thoughtful, and supportive, which made the entire experience even better than I could have dreamed. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 120 lbs, with a slim build. After having two children, my breasts had significantly reduced (I would estimate around 30cc), and I wanted something natural and proportional to my body. I was deciding between two implant sizes—255cc and 280cc—and Dr. D'Souza guidance was incredibly helpful. I ultimately took his advice to choose 255cc, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My breasts look natural, beautiful, and even more symmetrical than before. They feel comfortable and perfectly suited to my physique. Dr. D'Souza energy and expertise truly set him apart. I felt confident in his recommendations, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone considering a procedure—you’ll be in excellent hands!

I had a severe issue after an elective plastic surgery was done out of state and consulted with Iconic Plastic Surgery due to all the great reviews I saw online. If you look at his website you will see the advanced methods he is using, which is just so WAY better for recovery. I was not disappointed by Dr. D'Souza. I had minimal pain despite having had a major surgery, I did not think that's even possible. I don't want to go public with details of the surgery I have had but I can say that Dr. D'Souza did an excellent job to fix what has gone terribly wrong prior aka my body's reaction to the prior surgery. He did it for the same price as a regular surgery even though he probably was doing way more work on me as usually. He explained tirelessly what needed to be done, why, the outcome I can expect, and aftercare. He even supported me to file a claim with the health insurance. The procedure was done on a Friday and he initiated contact throughout the whole weekend after to make sure I am okay. Aftercare was thorough, I was always received with the utmost respect and friendliness, no waiting time, I felt like a priority for sure. I hope I don't have to have anything else done but if so, he is certainly the surgeon I will choose!

I look 10+ yrs younger hrs after my surgery! I had a deep plane facelift and neck lift performed 5 wks go. I couldn’t be more pleased! I’ve always been hesitant in getting any work done on my face, but after meeting initially with Iris-a rockstar who went over the procedure, costs etc…and Dr D’Souza, I was put at ease as he explained in pretty simple terms the procedure. As major of a surgery that took place, my recovery has been pretty awesome! I’d rate my pain a level 4 if not lower. The healing of my scars will be my last determining factor in my what is now the best decision and experience I could have had. The difference is amazing from my own before and after photos. Some family members and friends are envious and want a facelift/neck lift NOW. Of course I will recommend Dr D’Souza and his entire staff from Iconic Plastic Surgery!
