I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful team here at this office. I was experiencing sudden partial hearing loss that was extremely frightening. I had been seen by another ENT and was told that there was nothing that could be done for me. None of the staff or doctor's seemed to care. When I called this office and spoke to the receptionist, I felt heard. She listened and got me in as soon as possible to see the PA Andrea. Upon arriving, the office was welcoming and very clean. The staff are beyond friendly and kind. Andrea took the time to listen to everything I had to say and took all of my symptoms seriously. After being left without answers for a month, Andrea was able to give me a solid diagnosis. I may not be cured, but I'll be forever grateful to the staff that helped me get one step closer to finding a way to manage my symptoms. Thank you so much!

Both my son & I are newer patients of Dr.Young. The doctor & staff are very caring and wonderfully attentive to their patients. Dr. Young explains things in a clear & understandable way and has a fantastic bedside manner. The office is beautifully done and very clean and up to date. We strongly recommend.

We recently visited Dr. Paul Young’s office for my daughter’s enlarged adenoids, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with PA Kelly Montante. She was incredibly calm, gentle, and compassionate. She took the time to really listen to every one of our worries and questions without ever making us feel rushed. She explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, walking us through all of our options and making sure we fully understood each one. What meant the most to me was how reassured and supported we felt when we left. Highly recommend PA Kelly. She is exceptional at what she does!

I would never recommend this place. I need some procedures done they had proceeded to tell me that I could not receive them due to my insurance. I found a ENT out in Batavia, and they were great no problems no issues and he was great. This place has every excuse to not want to help you with issues. They recommend allergy shots, so a employee of Paul Young comes in my room and says we need to schedule an appointment with the doctor, I said what? She said I need to discuss any issues with the doctor and do a review. Im only coming here for allergy shot I should have no reason to come back and meet with the doctor. Meanwhile I had a review for my allergy shots about 3 months previous and they said I could continue or stop that it was my choice. I decided to continue. This is nothing but a scam to bill your insurance company and waste your time to go back to see the doctor just so they can make more revenue for no reason at all! I do not recommend this practice at all go find someone who is more competent and outgoing and willing to help you. So then they send me a letter in the mail saying that they have been unable to establish a satisfactory physician relationship for medical care. Therefore they are dropping me as a patient. MEANWHILE Ive been a patient for almost 7 years and they are dropping me for not complying with their office policy ive never heard of seen or done in 7 years! These people are complete jokes!

I was referred to this practice after experiencing persistent sinus infection symptoms for several months. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. At my first appointment, I was seen by a physician assistant for less than five minutes. During the visit, a scope was briefly inserted into my nose and I was told there appeared to be a blockage. I was prescribed a nasal spray and asked to return in a few weeks. At the follow-up visit, Dr. Young entered the room, performed the same quick Nasal endoscopy, told me everything looked fine despite my continued symptoms, and asked me to return again in a few weeks. The visit lasted only a couple of minutes, and there was little discussion about my symptoms or any explanation of what might be causing them. I left feeling confused and discouraged because my concerns were never really addressed. Shortly afterward, I received a bill for nearly $600. I initially assumed this was a mistake because I have excellent insurance and typically pay around $40 for specialist visits. When I called the office, I was told the charge was for the nasal scope procedure that was performed during the visits. At no point prior to the procedure was it explained that this would be billed separately or that it could result in such a significant out-of-pocket cost. I was later told that a plaque posted in the office and a general consent form I signed counted as disclosure. However, the procedure and its potential cost were never actually explained to me beforehand. The entire experience felt rushed, lacking in communication, and very focused on billing rather than patient care. I would strongly encourage future patients to ask detailed questions about any procedures being performed and the potential costs before agreeing to them.
