Dr. Jordan Frey, MD

Dr. Frey is a talented, amazing surgeon with incredible patient interface. He is detailed and knowledgeable about the procedures; takes the time to answer questions and concerns; and one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met with. Five stars all the way.

Dr. Frey from the BEGINNING has been wonderful! Great bedside manner! Super knowledgeable, and my results from the numerous surgeries I have had with him have all been perfect..he’s probably the only surgeon I will go to ever again, LOL

Dr Frey has been treating me since 2021. His bedside manner makes you feel at ease. His staff is also very professional. I highly recommend Dr Frey , he has given me back myself. He listens and shows compassion for his patients. He completed my reconstruction surgery and nipple reconstruction. It looks great ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Frey is attentive and patient. He listens to what your concerns are and addresses them in a manner that seems genuine. He came highly recommended to me by Dr. Kamaljot Singh - another highly rated and trusted surgeon. He referred me to Dr. Frey as Dr. Singh doesn’t do the surgery I need. Two surgeons who make patients a top priority. From the moment you walk into the office you’re greeted kindly. Holly (admissions) was awesome, as was Alyssa (RN). Everyone is very personable. Well done!

Dr. Frey is a great physician. He did my reconstructive surgery. The problem is his office staff. I was a patient from 2023 to 2025. I finally left and went to another plastic surgeon for my second surgery. I have never been to an office with so many uncaring unprofessional staff. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message, they don’t return phone calls. After four attempts, I finally did speak to a staff member who informed me they are extremely busy! If I had to wait for someone to return my call when I had an issue, I probably would’ve been in ICU. Dr. Frey needs to take a close look at how that office is run.
