My first experience at the Lumen Center was a warm welcome at the front desk by a terrific support team. I then had the opportunity to meet & consult with Dr Kwak . Dr Kwak explained the procedure that was specific to my needs & described Smart Lipo & what results I may expect. Well, almost 3 months after SL I am more than pleased- I have a waist again & I feel younger& healthier. So grateful to the entire group at the Lumen Center- highly recommend.

From my informative first consult to the post care support and thorough follow up appointment schedule , everything has been excellent. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and you always get a real person when you call or even text.. Very different from many places where you end up playing telephone tag . My amazing experience was twofold in that the entire staff was so nice , professional, and made me feel at ease but also that Dr. Kwak’s work was amazing 🔥.His results are dramatic yet natural looking. From the moment i stepped off the elevator i knew i was going to trust the team at The Lumen Center. From the beautiful ladies at the front desk, Rob who helps with the financials to Dr. Kwak I knew this was the place i was having my procedure done. Dr. Kwak and his surgical team never made me feel rushed, pressured or like i was just another number. They were kind, listened to me and took their time during the procedure explaining what was happening step by step. The results, after only 11 days, are AMAZING! I had some “saggy” skin under my chin/neck, that made me self conscious and older than i am. I followed the pre and post surgical plan and am beyond pleased with the results! I feel my age from the front and side profile now! Im excited to see the final results after some more healing time!
