The most incredible client services I’ve ever experienced. Beth G. was short staffed and there were patients coming and going nonstop, I needed help with a somewhat complex concern. None of the issue was their fault, but Beth stepped in and helped me with determination, kindness, and fixed the issue while not missing the opportunity to help each patient that walked in or out!!! - Talk about excellence! Not only was it impressive but she also saved me so much time and confusion. She needs an increase in her compensation package Doc, because she’s making a huge difference in your profit margin by keeping your office running like a Swiss watch. Additionally, the rest of the staff was supportive, helpful, and friendly. Overall this was the best Dr Visit I’ve ever had and I’m not even a current patient.

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Ivana Percec and her assistant Joanna. They were were on time, professional, kind and overall fantastic people. I had an excisional biopsy on my leg on the same day. Dr. Percec made sure to take her time and hence I had no pain during or after the procedure. I highly recommend this office!

Do not waste your money on consulting with Dr. Fosnot if you are a plus size person. Basically just spent an hour and $150 to be fat shamed. Him and his resident repeatedly told me top surgery wouldn't go well and it'd look awful unless I had bariatric surgery first. They could not comprehend how a fat person could possibly be comfortable with their fatness and wouldn't want to lose a ton of weight. Then they had the nerve to look surprised when I walked out instead of asking more questions or booking a surgery. Do not let people like this make you feel bad about your body! Fat people can get top surgery too and have good results! Keep looking & you'll find the right doctor for you. This one is not it.
