Just want to take a moment to review our experience at MGH labor and delivery. We were visiting Boston from out of town. My daughter was advised, from her OB/GYN, to go to the nearest ED after describing symptoms that were out of the norm. We were immediately received with kindness and compassion. She was quickly seen and monitored. The women in the labor and delivery unit were lovely. Jen, Mary, and Suzanne went above and beyond to make my daughter feel safe and comfortable throughout her time there. Kudos to these three individuals as well as everyone else we encountered. We are grateful!

I recently gave birth at MGH, and I can’t express enough how deeply grateful I am to the incredible team at the Labor and Delivery department. From the very beginning, every single staff member—nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists—was so kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to nurses Colby, Daniella, and the sweet Italian nurse (whose name I unfortunately forgot), as well as Dr. Packard and the amazing anesthesiology team. Each person made me feel safe, respected, and cared for during one of the most important experiences of my life. I’m so happy and thankful that I gave birth to my daughter at this exact hospital—Alhamdulillah. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, MGH!

I had an urgent care appointment today at Lynn mass. They were the most excellent caregivers from start to finish. Never felt more comfortable. Happy thanksgiving to all of you, my caregivers and family members

I can't say enough about mass general. they saved my daughter's life. My daughter has a autoimune deasease that is very rare, but with there incredible team of doctors. They started treating her right away. I'm eternally grateful for all the great care she's gotten and continued care she needs. Thankyou!

I would give zero stars if I could. I saw MGH for my whole pregnancy, I was considered high risk for several reasons.. I had the start of preeclampsia and went into early labor at 36w4d. They knew I was high risk and sent me home at 5cm!!!! I live 50 minutes away from the hospital and the staff were very well aware. (Also my second baby so delivery is faster). The nurse was so rude and snotty, they were super obnoxious and didn’t keep me because I didn’t *look* like I was in that much pain and my labor had slowed down for 2.5hours. Total bull. I ended up having to give birth at the hospital close to home which I didn’t want to do… I gave birth literally 13 hours after they made me leave the hospital. They said if I had given birth at home or if anything else bad had happened, my baby would have died. I had a placenta rupture. Moms, you know your bodies better than these doctors!
