Dr. Siegel took the time to explain what to look out for, and explained the various types of moles I had. I also appreciated the fact that she didn't try to upsell anything, and was very proactive in suggesting treatments and solutions without forcing anything. As my first dermatologist visit in the US, I was pleasantly surprised and I'll for sure be returning for my periodic checks.

Also I appreciate Dr. Siegel’s professional expertise as well. She is very thorough in her skin checks and the appropriate treatments for any lesions. I trust her judgement. Did a great job on my fillers. She is very pleasant and does not rush.

Both my daughter and I have seen Dr. Suzy Amor and have had wonderful experiences all around. She provides excellent care, is very knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. We've both had very good outcomes under her care. Highly recommend.

My experience with the Boston Dermatology & Laser Center was extremely disappointing. I sought out the clinic specifically because their website stated that CO₂ laser treatment was available. I booked an appointment and paid for the consultation, believing I would have access to this procedure. However, during the appointment, one of the doctors informed me that the clinic does not actually have this type of laser. The most frustrating part was discovering this only after paying for the consultation. If the procedure is not actually available, this information should be clearly communicated before booking and payment, preventing patients from wasting time and money seeking a service they cannot receive. As a patient, I felt misled into booking an appointment based on information that did not match the service actually offered. Patient transparency needs to be much better. I expected to receive guidance and access to the advertised treatment, but I left the appointment disappointed and feeling deceived. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone specifically seeking CO₂ laser treatment without first thoroughly confirming the availability of the equipment and the procedure.

I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional and poorly managed dermatology office. The elevator has reportedly been broken for nearly two months, which is unacceptable for a medical practice that sees elderly and mobility-impaired patients. Management appears completely disorganized. Dorene seems unprepared for a leadership role and the way staff are spoken to is uncomfortable to witness as a patient. During one visit, I saw a staff member leave visibly upset after being spoken to harshly by Dr. Siegel, which created an incredibly tense and unprofessional environment. The entire practice feels toxic and poorly run. Patients deserve a medical office where employees are treated with respect and basic facility issues are actually addressed. Major changes in leadership and staffing are clearly needed. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD
