Dr. Lauren Moy is truly the BEST plastic surgeon and cosmetic dermatologist — I trust her more than words can express! About eight months ago, I decided to get a neck lift, and although I was nervous, I knew I was in the absolute best hands with Dr. Lauren and her amazing team — Katie, Madi, and Jeff, the fabulous P.A. My neck lift results are beyond anything I hoped for, and I love the way I look! One thing I appreciate most about Dr. Lauren (and her team) is a natural-results philosophy. She always emphasizes looking refreshed, lifted, and glowing — never overdone. Between my neck lift, erbium laser resurfacing, and Botox, she and her team have completely nailed that natural, rejuvenated vibe. The best part? Not a single person has asked if I had plastic surgery. Instead, I’m constantly getting compliments on how fresh, youthful, and radiant I look. Exactly what I wanted from a top Orange County plastic surgeon. This was the best birthday gift I could have given myself, and Dr. Lauren Moy is the ONLY cosmetic surgeon I will ever trust. Dr Lauren Moy is absolutely wonderful. I had a facelift with her in July and I could not be happier. I knew right away at the consultation that I would be booking my facelift with her. I’ve had other consultations where doctors just rushed through and barely answer any questions. Dr. Lauren Moy really took her time answered all my questions and was so sweet and knowledgeable. She really knows what she’s doing, but she also has a wonderful bedside manner. She also works with a really great team of medical assistants and nurses everyone there is so kind. I was shocked by how easy this process was. I was really nervous going into it and was scared that I was going to be in pain. Truly, the worst part of it was just having to stay at home for a week and hideaway. I am so happy with the results and I’ve been getting compliments consistently. I cannot recommend Dr. Lauren Moy enough. I am so grateful for her.

I just called your office to reschedule my appointment. I cancelled Friday regarding my appointment on May 13th 26 because I have Court. The woman who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me . Let me be clear that this Business is Top tier! In office was a wonderful experience 5 stars but your receptionist or whatever she is ..is hostile and rude. I also got this same woman when I called for directions when I was lost at your location. You have a fine outstanding business. Please have a talk with her. She's a bad apple for sure.

Dr. Lauren Moy was incredible! She is very knowledgeable and incredibly good at her job. I can’t recommend her enough as a plastic surgeon, she did a fantastic job and has an incredible eye for detail. I had the BEST experience going to her and her after-care was comforting, she is a great doctor. 10/10!!

I never imagined I’d have to write a review like this after being a patient here for over 10 years. My paid cosmetic consultation with Dr. Moy lasted under five minutes, and while he gave me his email for questions, he never responded. If I had learned anything from the consultation or had my questions addressed, I would have gladly paid for it. But I didn’t — it felt like a scam to collect a fee without providing any real service. I still decided to move forward with surgery because of Dr. Moy's reputation, but he passed away unexpectedly. The office offered surgery with another doctor, which I declined, and now refuses to refund the consultation fee, despite my long-standing loyalty and multiple attempts to resolve the issue. The dismissive attitude and lack of communication, combined with terrible bedside manners from doctors and staff (well documented in other reviews), makes this extremely frustrating. Patients deserve respect, honesty, and real value for paid consultations — sadly, that was not my experience.
