5 stars isn’t enough for Dr. Joshua Jacobson and his team. From the consultation to recovery, the entire experience has been amazing. Heather, the patient concierge, has been there every step of the way and she is truly fabulous. She always answered my questions, checked in on me, and made the whole process feel so much less stressful. The staff at Cedars-Sinai was also wonderful and took great care of me. Dr. Jacobson did an incredible job. My breasts look amazing, my scarring is minimal, and I honestly had way less pain than I expected. I’m beyond happy with my results and so glad I chose him for my breast reduction.

I would absolutely rate them a 10/10 for quality of patient care. From day one, all of my questions were answered thoroughly, and that level of support has remained consistent even after my procedure. I underwent breast reconstruction surgery, which can sound overwhelming, but under their care, the entire process felt smooth and manageable. They provide helpful guides both electronically and in print, making it easy to access information in whatever way works best for you. One standout detail was how Dr. Jacobson not only sent my prescriptions directly to the pharmacy, but also followed up with a user-friendly text link explaining each medication and providing clear instructions for both me and my caregiver. What truly made a lasting impact on me was the call I received from Heather the day before my surgery. That moment was the cherry on top. I was feeling nervous and overwhelmed, and she took the time to talk me through it, reassure me that I was making a positive decision, and remind me that I was in great hands. That level of compassion meant everything. My procedure was performed at Cedars-Sinai, and the staff there was just as incredible kind, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. After years of planning for plastic surgery and finally getting to my goal weight, finding the right surgeon was a HUGE deal to me. I originally planned on going with another surgeon for years, but after finally reaching my goal weight, that surgeon basically disappeared off the internet 😅 so I had to start completely over finding someone new which was devastating for me having to start all over. Then I found Dr. Jacobson on Instagram and immediately loved his work. Plastic surgery honestly feels like an art form to me, and his results were exactly the aesthetic I had been hoping for. From the very beginning, Heather made the entire process feel easy and personal. She was incredibly kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout everything financing, scheduling, questions, random panic moments… all of it. By the time I met her in person, I felt like I was getting to meet my online friend. 😂 Meeting Dr. Jacobson just confirmed I made the right choice. Made me miss working with my surgeon techs. The aftercare is what impressed me most. Recovery is HARD, but I never felt alone during it. Dr. Jacobson and Heather were both incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or concerns, and I truly felt cared for throughout the entire healing process. I would 1000 percent recommend Dr Jacobson and his team. My experience was wonderful. I was so scared and finally built the courage to go through with it. I have zero negative feedback.
