I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jay Orringer and the entire team at his practice. After my breast reconstruction surgery last Friday, I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The minimal scarring is unbelievable, I can barely even see it! Dr. Orringer's skill and precision truly shine through in the outcome. On top of his incredible work, his bedside manner was top-notch. He made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for every step of the way. His entire staff was equally fantastic, incredibly kind, professional, and always available to answer any questions I had. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Orringer and would choose him again in a heartbeat!! The level of service and care he provides is exceptional. Thank you, Dr. O, for not only restoring my body but also my confidence!

My experience with plastic surgery started at the age of 19 do to a "deformity". When I met Dr. Orringer I was a complicated case and 35 . Right off the bat I could see that he was different from all the other plastic surgeons I've seen. My first was the very head of UCLA's reconstructive surgery ( just for some context! )He is as compassionate as he is skilled. No wonder Angela Jolie had him put in her implants. Not only that but he is also on the board of reconstructive surgery. He uses the latest technology and has the sweetest most lovely staff. He is honestly the very best in world in my opinion. I can not recommend Dr. Orringer or his staff more. I'm deeply grateful for him and how he's helped me in my journey to feel good about my image.

Dr. Jay Orringer is more than just a world-renowned plastic surgeon—he is an angel, a healer, and a guardian for those navigating the devastation of breast cancer. From the moment I met Dr. Orringer, I knew he was special. In one of the darkest times of my life, he radiated kindness, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to helping me heal—not just physically, but emotionally as well. When my gynecologist, Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi, first told me, “No doctor in the world can do what Dr. Orringer does,” I didn’t fully grasp the weight of those words. Now, after a 2.5-year battle with breast cancer, I can say with absolute certainty—she was right. My journey has been anything but straightforward. I faced some of the rarest and most severe complications—blood clots, infections, and debilitating autoimmune responses from cancer treatment. At every turn, when other doctors hesitated or walked away, Dr. Orringer stood by me. He never saw me as a case or a challenge; he saw me as a person. When my body was ravaged by infections after my initial mastectomy attempt, he came to my home to personally ensure I was using my wound vac properly. How many doctors in the world would do that? Over the past 2.5 years, I have undergone eight different surgeries, including a nipple delay, mastectomy, expanders, and finally, reconstructive surgery. Dr. Orringer has been by my side through every single one, never wavering, always ensuring that I received the absolute best care possible. Last week, I finally had my reconstructive surgery. The results left me in shock—in the most beautiful way. I never imagined I would feel like myself again. But now? I am not just myself—I am an improved version, thanks to his unparalleled skill, dedication, and artistry. Dr. Orringer doesn’t just perform surgery; he restores what cancer tries to take away. His attention to detail, his relentless pursuit of perfection, and most importantly, his profound empathy set him apart. There is no price you can put on the level of care he provides. When I was at my most vulnerable, he never let me feel alone. In every emergency, no matter the hour, he was there. When other doctors turned me away, unwilling to take on the liability of my complications, he never gave up on me. Because of him, I am whole again. Dr. Orringer is not just my doctor—he is family. Beyond his extraordinary skill, he has built a team that reflects his values. His Physician Assistant, MC, is the most beautiful person inside and out—compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated. The entire staff at his small office is exceptionally organized, competent, and caring—and that is a direct reflection of having Dr. Orringer as their leader. They run seamlessly, ensuring that every patient receives nothing less than the best care imaginable. I have never experienced this kind of care from any other doctor, ever. If you are searching for the best, for someone who will fight for you, stand by you, and give you results beyond your imagination, Dr. Jay Orringer is the answer. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Dr. Orringer. You have given me back a part of myself I thought was lost, and I will forever be grateful.

I had called and asked to schedule a consultation, and when I was asked about my cup size she audibly gasped and continued questioning; we had ended the call due to the out of pocket expenses that would be made due to my insurance not covering the hospital bills. I called back a few hours later after contemplating and seeing Dr. Orringer’s work and really wanted to try to figure a way to even change insurances to make this procedure possible. I’ve been dealing with severe back pain and discomfort, and I saw his work and knew that this would’ve been the place for me. I had asked her for possible quotes or even a really round about number so I could come in and figure out payment plans. She (I believe her name is AnnaMarie) told me if I came in for a consultation, I’d be (directly quoting),”Wasting your time. You’ll love Dr. Orringer’s work and then not be able to afford it.” I felt taken back and even let down because I had been excited to call the office and come in for weeks at this point. I just felt super let down and even hopeless. It was the first office I had called after thinking about finally getting a reduction after seeing multiple offices. I was extremely cordial and even thanked her for her time, she did the same. I just don’t think this is a way to try to handle a new patient who’s extremely interested in a procedure with said doctor. I hope that this will inform others before making a decision.
