Amazing office kind and professional caring people here. Held my hand and guided me through my breast reduction with such compassion feels like family. And the most important part? Dr. Ourian is a master a true ARTIST . Far more beautiful outcome than I even could dream of. I can run after 30 years of weight on my chest . Would highly recommend and I will be back for more!!! Dr. Ourian’s work is just stunning , natural and beautiful.

My experience with Dr. Ourian and his staff has been truly exceptional. From the initial consultation, pre-op, surgery day and the follow-up, everything has been handled in the smoothest and most professional way. Dr. Ourian is incredibly talented and he takes great pride in his work. It is clear that he wants to deliver the absolute best result for his patients. Additionally, Dr. Ourian’s coordinators Taylor and Michelle are amazing, and so very helpful throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy that I chose Ourian Plastic Surgery and I highly recommend them!!

After years of weight gain, weight loss, gaining again, losing again… my skin basically looked at me and said “screw you.” My arms became one of my biggest insecurities and honestly affected my everyday life more than people realize. Getting dressed was stressful. I avoided certain shirts constantly. I just felt uncomfortable in my own body. I met with several plastic surgeons and while many of them were good, nobody stood out to me the way Dr. Ourian did. From the first consult, he was kind, funny, honest, and real with me. I never felt sold to. He didn’t try to push procedures I didn’t need. Within a short conversation, I knew he was the person I wanted taking care of me. My brachioplasty surgery went beautifully. Recovery had its ups and downs as expected, but Dr. Ourian and his staff were supportive, responsive, and there anytime I needed something. His entire office is incredible. Yes, it’s bougie. Yes, it’s expensive. No, I’m not wealthy. I work hard for my money and I can honestly say I do not regret a single thing about this experience. Honestly, I wish I were rich because I’d probably let this man redo the rest of my body too 😂 Maybe one day I’ll save up and go back for other procedures because I trust him completely. I would genuinely trust my life in his hands. And Dr. Ourian, if you ever need someone for studies, before-and-afters, commercials, interpretive dance, whatever… wink wink… I’m available. I honestly wish this guy could be my bestie. That’s how cool he is. The man is gold. Truly. I love my results, but more importantly I felt cared for throughout the entire process. Worth every penny.

Wow!!! I wish I could give 10 stars to Dr. Ourian and his practice ❤️ I initially came in for a consultation, Dr. Ourian was so kind and knowledgeable, he took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and was able to explain options best suited for what I was looking for to meet my aesthetic goals- which ultimately is why I chose him for my procedure right then and there! Not to mention an absolutely meticulous and luxurious office space in the heart of Beverly Hills, I feel like a celebrity as a patient here 🤩 I cannot recommend him enough! The staff as well was so pleasant and accommodating I can’t wait to come back for more, and will be bringing my friends and family to experience this beautiful office and list of procedures as well 🙌🏼

Dr. Ourian is seriously Superman!!! My boyfriend had a terrible laceration from a late night Tennis match, Dr. ourian had him come in first thing in the morning and provided the best experience I could ever imagine. From the moment we walked in the door we were in awe of the stunning luxurious office, warmly greeted by the front desk, and brought back to the room with water and fancy robes. Dr. Ourian was professional, meticulous and gentle with his suturing, my boyfriend didn’t even flinch!! We left feeling so joyful and confident knowing this laceration is going to heal beautifully, and relieved we didn’t have to step foot in an ER, we truly got a white glove Four Seasons experience at Ourian Plastic Surgery. I would 20/10 recommend to anyone 🙏🏼
