I recently had extensive revision surgery with Dr. Ghavami to fix another surgeon’s work. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire team at GPS, from my Surgical Coordinator, to the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses that cared for me, my anesthesiologist, and of course Dr. Ghavami himself. I felt incredibly well cared for, informed, supported and appreciated. I previously had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Ghavami in 2022 and while his work was impeccable, his team this time around has truly elevated the patient care experience from my last. Dr. Ghavami is a true master at his craft and far exceeded my expectations. I will be forever grateful to Dr. G and his team for their exceptional care and everything they’ve done to restore my confidence.

Dr. Vranis is exceptional. From consultation through surgery and follow-up, the entire experience was professional, reassuring, and meticulous. I truly cannot put into words how much I love coming to Dr. Ghavami’s office. Dr. Ghavami is truly the best of the best. I waited almost 20 years before pulling the trigger and getting my Rhinoplasty done back in 2018. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. One of the best experiences ever! Dr. and his team took such great care of me. Surgery and recovery went so smooth. Since my rhinoplasty, I have continued to come to the office to visit GP Aesthetics. Nurse Lena is such a joy to be around. I have tried Potenza microbeedling, PRP, BBL, Moxi and many more. Not only is Nurse Lena incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, she makes you feel so comfortable. Lena has helped me transform my skin through the years. I live in OC and refuse to go anywhere else. I love this place! I can’t say enough good things about Courteney. She is incredibly knowledgeable, makes you feel completely comfortable, and is so fun to talk to. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about getting the most natural, beautiful results. I make it a point to come here whenever I’m in LA- hands down the best place if you want subtle, thoughtful, and gorgeous results.
