I had a wonderful experience at The Stern Center from start to finish. The entire process, from my initial consultation through post treatment care, felt thoughtful, thorough, and very personalized. I had two treatments, MOXI with Rachel Monaco, LMA, and a Profractional laser treatment with Dr. Stern, focusing on my under eye area, which was my main concern. Both providers were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my goals, explain everything clearly, and make me feel completely at ease. What really stood out was the level of care after the treatments. They consistently checked in and made sure I was healing well, which I really appreciated. In the weeks following, my skin looked brighter and more refreshed, and I saw a noticeable improvement in my under eye area. The fine lines I was hoping to address were significantly softened. It is easily one of the best results I have had from a treatment in that area. I have already booked both treatments again for next year and would absolutely recommend The Stern Center to anyone looking for high quality care and natural looking results!

I have never met a group of individuals so happy, professional and helpful. Everyone at the center is so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping you and getting the best outcome for you. I received amazing care and treatments from Cameryn, CJ, the aestheticians and Dr. Stern himself. Apart from getting deaired results from my treatments, i have learnt so much about skincare in general as well. I highly recommend this place for any dermatology needs and the perfect care they provide.

I have been doing treatments at the Stern Center for Aesthetics over the past year, after seeing some of the before and after photos from the micro needling that I did with Rachel, it really makes a difference. Rachel is one of their master aestheticians, she is very caring, professional, and really wants you to get the best results possible. I met with Marilyn today for botox & filler, she was a true delight. Dr. Stern was there for my treatment as well, and made me feel very comfortable. Update: Im sad to leave another review as I had a great experience with rf. It was not the case with profractional laser. It has been more than 6months since what i would call an intense treatment. The grid indents now seem to be permanent on my skin. I am devastated. I really hoped if I gave some time, the indents will fill up. —————————— I’ve been to many aesthetic centers for my skin, and this is the only location where I felt my money was well spent. I finished my package for rf microneedling, and I am so glad I decided to come to stern rather than any other location. Rachel is very knowledgeable and kind, and I felt she always did more passes with the microneedle and tried to cover larger area as much as possible. I could 💯 trust her with my skin. I also love that she does not try to over sell products or treatments as other locations do, she just recommends them only when asked so I felt very comfortable being in the space unlike the most medspas I have been to. My skin looks so much better than it did before Stern. I am planning to start another package next year when I have more funds and time.

I had a brow lift with Dr. Stern four months ago and am deeply disappointed with the outcome. I see virtually no improvement from before surgery. Pre-operative communication was concerning. I clearly explained I wanted maximum lift with a natural shape, even providing drawn diagrams to eliminate ambiguity. Right before surgery, Dr. Stern referred to my goals as "subtle results" - completely missing my actual request. I corrected him immediately, but I'm not confident the message registered. The results are minimal. The pre-existing asymmetry (one brow lower than the other) that I specifically mentioned remains completely unaddressed. When I raised concerns at follow-ups, I was told to be patient and that results looked "excellent" - but four months post-op, I genuinely cannot see any meaningful difference from before surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Stern or this practice based on my experience.
