All around WONDERFUL experience!!!! I felt very relaxed & comfortable throughout the whole process. It's definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. The Dr. was amazing & the nurses/staff were awesome too. I am still healing, but I am pleased with the results so far.

Janeris R was a great nurse. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to explain the procedure itself and post op care. Very personable made me feel at ease. Dr. Dawson did a phenomenal job as well. Very pleased with my results and experience.

The day of the procedure I was treated like royalty! I absolutely loved Doctor Ishee, he was very gentle explaining everything he was doing, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The management team were also very awesome the made sure that the medication I needed before my procedure was there before they began. Its been only 2 days since my procedure and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can’t wait until next week when the swelling goes down.

The baton rouge facility is so disorganized. I was told my procedure was 12-3 at my initial visit. The procedure did not start till 1:30 - 90 minutes late. The pre-op was scheduled at 930, I was not seen till 1030 - 1 hour late. When i was on the table of the procedure I was told that they are understaffed. This place is not good! While it is still early from the procedure and I am swollen, I do not see much of a change in upper abdomin except that one side seems to protrude out than the other side when I look down. I do see some reduction in lower abdomin...I had a full abdominal lipo suction, groin and love handle removal. I could see the fat removed in canisters but could not see the measurements but neither container was full and the second container was only half full. Estimate 2.5 liters was removed. At the initial assessment, I was told 5 liters would be removed and that this was all that is allowed in louisiana. During the initial assessment she stated that the loose fat and interstatial fat would be removed and the interstitial fat was more dense and takes longer to remove. At the preop the doctor said that interstatial fat will not be removed. Again I was led to believe 5 liters would be removed , they will get everything they can get. On the table, the doctor said he did not think I had 5 liters to remove. If there was not 5 liters and I was led to believe and charged for why did I need to pay for all of this? I was led to believe that i needed to have all this done that included skin removal..I feel this was incorrectly assessed and presented with skin removal to be included....so they could charge. I did tell them no way on skin removal. Subsequently the doctor thought my skin will "retract nicely". I wish a doctor was there at the onset rather than only the cashier/consultant..who did the initial medical assessment. I was also concerned that office staff were cleaning the surgical area in the connecting room. I did not get a follow-up from the procedure for 4 days. We even called following the procedure due to all the bright blood in the bandages. No return phone call. I was dizzy for two days but this went away when the bleeding stopped. I was not aware that this would happen for days. They had a complete disregard for the patient! They just recently texted patients asking to provide 5 star review....if you have to ask that is pretty telling. Be sure to check other places. This should be your last resort. I gave an extra star for Dr Ishee , he did genuinely care and expressed empathy for the way i was treated. Sono bello is correcting my post appt and corporate listened. So I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3. Thank you

Worst experience ever. I had a very disappointing experience with Sono Bello in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. From my very first consultation, the doctor had absolutely no bedside manner. Instead of explaining the procedure in a reassuring or professional way, he repeatedly said things like, “This is not a walk in the park. It’s going to hurt. You’re going to be in pain,” to the point where it felt like he was trying to talk me out of having the procedure rather than educating me. Unfortunately, I went through with it anyway, which I deeply regret. Before the procedure, I wore a size medium. Five months later, I look exactly the same. I work out as i did b4 i had this did and eat as i should There has been no visible change in my body whatsoever. I was told it could take six months to a year to see results, but at nearly five months post-procedure, there is absolutely no difference in my appearance.$7500 in the trash and what they don't tell you is for a year 24/7 you can not take off your compression garments Another major issue has been the lack of follow-up and transparency. I requested my before-and-after photos and was told I would receive them at my follow-up appointment. When I went in, they still did not provide them. Two weeks later, I was sent documents to sign online to access the photos, yet they still have not been sent. Since the procedure, I have not seen the doctor who performed it. I have requested to see him on two separate occasions and have not been given the opportunity. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. In my case, the procedure did not work at all, and the lack of communication, follow-up, and professionalism made it even worse. I would not recommend this location.
