Great great great facility! The staff here is amazing! Dr. Cox is phenomenal! He is well experienced. I felt very confident after my first consultation. I knew exactly what to expect and even for my post op questions, the nurses and staff were fully available and patient! They were also very welcoming (with the visits and if I had any additional questions). I knew exactly what was going to take place before my surgery and even after. They make sure that you are well taken care of. And the results, oh my! I am extremely satisfied with my reduction!! Day theee post op I was a bit frightened due to the image in the mirror, but again that was also in the post op information as well. Even though I read that I still called the office and they were reassuring and confirmed what I saw and what was included in the post op information as normal (calming all of my anxiety). And continuing on to a month later everything went exactly as I was told it would by Dr. Cox and his staff. If you’re considering, I highly recommend!

I was greeted upon entering and everyone was so nice and pleasant. The front office was clean and well lit. It was nicely decorated and smelled really good. was very nice and checked me in. My wait time was about 10 mins. Christi called to the back to get weighed, bought to the exam room asked a few questions and waited about 2-3 mins for Dr. Cox to come talk with me. Dr. Cox was very, very nice and down to earth. He explained everything to me about the procedure. And answered the questions I had and those I didn't lol. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in my decision to move forward. I felt that Dr. Cox was honest and realistic about the procedure. He told me exactly what I need to hear. He even drew a diagram to show me some of what would be done. He was very passionate about his job, and even more compassionate for his Patients. I feel good about this visit and now I'm ready to move forward and can't wait... Karen was very nice and polite. She explained everything I need to do before anything takes place, pre op appointments, insurance verification etc., etc. The pricing is very affordable.

Dr. Cox and his staff are amazing! I had such a wonderful experience with my breast reduction from the time they called me for my consultation. I love how efficient everything is and they do not waste your time! Very straightforward, no nonsense, friendly atmosphere. I’m 6 weeks post op and extremely satisfied with the results. I would recommend him to anyone. This has been the best experience and he does amazing work. Everyone always compliments me on how great my girls look!

Breast reduction in February 2023. Extremely happy with my results. The staff and Dr. Cox offered an extraordinary level of care and professionalism.

I thought long & hard & waited before writing this review. I received a breast reduction in August of 2024 & have regretted it everyday there after. I cried for the first 2 months straight & occasionally cry every now & again til this day. When i went for my follow up i expressed my concern about not being happy with the results & i was showed my before picture & asked would you rather this? Which was very insulting. My breast are different sizes & shapes. My areola are weirdly placed and entirely too high up. After a year & 6 months the color of my areola still have not come back & I'm just lost and scared at what to do to try and correct this.
