I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and belly button relocation in June 2024. Dr Nguyen walked me through everything and was very helpful with helping me through the process. His staff was friendly and amazing, and super helpful with paperwork and other related issues. He is somewhat blunt but not mean and very helpful. I had concerns and he even called me while he was on vacation to make sure I was OK. I loved my initial results but he said it looked uneven and wanted to correct it, so I had a minor procedure to fix it and now it's even better. I look really good and am glad I went with him for my surgery. I have already referred people to him and will continue to do so in the future.

I had an emergency Appendectomy done and he was very professional and straight to the point. I wasnt as nervous as I thought Id be considering I went to the hospital alone. I didn't think I would be having surgery at all I was just having abdominal pain but everything went very quick and smooth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!!!!! 1 week post op and I feel amazing and my surgery scars are very small! Thanks Dr Nguyen :)

"PHENOMENAL" This surgeon is the best when it comes to a Pannilectomy. I must say he is very direct & upfront, but his services & finished product can't be touched. I first met him in January 2019, when I wanted a quick & easy fix. He refused my money & told me I needed to loose weight & change my lifestyle if I wanted him to do any work. Due to medical issues I had to loose weight & then found myself with additional problems after loosing the weight. I returned to him in April 2024, he remembered me & was amazed of my transformation & weight loss. I had surgery October 2024, and when I say Dr. Nguyen did an outstanding job, words can't begin to explain my outcome as well as my recovery. His nurse Taun & the Mercy medical staff were amazing and went above & beyond, Pre & Post-Op for my procedure. My follow up Post-Op visits with him, he lectured me about how I need to maintain this journey & not fall back into bad habits. He takes his job very serious & it's not about the money for him, he cares about his patients. I can be very difficult at times, so for me even to take time to write a review, speaks high volumes. My family & few close & personal friends that have seen me, all said "OH HE DID THAT". He should not have ONE bad review, when it comes to this procedure. I know everyone heals different, but if you follow his instructions, everything works out in the end.

I didn't get the experience that my friends received. This office was highly recommended until I went. The doctor was distracted by another patient. I wasn't questioned in order for him to understand why I was there. As soon as I said I had other cosmetic work done, that was the focus. He was more focused on " do you know what happens to the skin." I get really bad rashes under my breast and belly to the point where my skin is raw. I have them now. The smell is out of this world. I wasn't asked any of those things. Then it took 3 weeks for them to tell me a surgeon was really strict and wasn't going to do the surgery. In my mind, what are you talking about. My consultation was with Dr. Wen. But anyway, my results was delayed because they didn't send my paperwork off to get approved over a week later when I called them. I guess I fell through the cracks.

This is my third review, however it keeps getting taken down, but I am sharing my experience again because I was extremely dissatisfied with my tummy tuck performed by Dr. Win. Right after I noticed a visible dent on my right side along with ongoing downward scar and discomfort that I’m still trying to understand. I have been on a journey to find out why. This was not the outcome I expected, and I recommend discussing all possible results carefully before moving forward.
