Dr. Collins and his entire staff was nothing short of perfection. They are thr most loving, kind and considerate professional staff that i had ever came across. Dr. Collins & his entire staff (his PA'S Courtney & Nam, his Surgical Scheduler Melissa, his Front Desk Receptionists Ally and Kirsten, to name a few) are simply STELLAR. They go above and beyond in everything they do and I genuinely appreciate them. I'm a Breast Cancer survivor who went through 6 rounds of Chemo, Double Mastectomy, 30 rounds of Radiation and multiple Reconstructive Surgeries but not at Mercy. After 2 recurring STAPH infections in my right breast resulting in emergency removal of that i.plant both times, I walked around for 8 years with 1 breast (implant in my left), and with my right breast being inverted, I wore a water-gel pad in my bra for those 8 years. I decided to go for it just 1 more time (3 time's a charm) in hopes to successfully maintain 2 breasts so I could feel 'whole again.' With my body obviously rejecting 'foreign objects,' it was suggested I try a different approach and Dr. Collins was HIGHLY recommended to me. And that recommendation changed my life in its entirety. Dr. Collins performed a DIEP Flap Procedure using my own fat & tissue from my abdominal area in order to create 2 breasts, alleviating anything that wasnt 'mine.' (he removed my left implant to make them symmetrical). Dr. Collins has completely changed my life in THEE most positive of ways. After 8 years, I finally feel like a woman again. I was seriously ready to just give up by having my left implant removed and either accept being flat chested or wear falsie's the rest of my life. But thanks to Dr. Collins of whom I continue to consider "a true gift" and will always be beyond grateful for & humbled by, I feel whole again. He is an exceptional surgeon & human being. And that's an understatement. I think the absolute world of Dr. Collins, along wirh his entire staff and rave about him/his practice to everyone/anyone I know. Thank you Dr. Collins for making such a tremendous difference in my life. I will be forever indebted to what you'vee done for me, my confidence, my self esteem and just..my overall well-being. :-)

Dr. Collins has a humble and professional demeanor and is an incredibly talented surgeon. I recently had surgery and he provided excellent, compassionate care and an amazing surgical result. His support staff is organized and responsive. I could not be happier with my experience.
