Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Domain Northside

I had my LasMD treatment with Alexus at Westlake Dermatology Domain Northside location, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, everything felt professional, welcoming, and well-organized. Alexus was amazing — she explained the entire LasMD process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The treatment itself was quick and very tolerable. I appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was throughout the appointment. Within just a few days, I noticed my skin looking brighter, smoother, and more refreshed. My texture improved, fine lines softened, and I had such a healthy glow. The downtime was minimal — just a little redness at first — and totally manageable. I highly recommend booking with Alexus if you’re considering LasMD or other cosmetic treatments. I will definitely be back for my next session!

My experience with Dr. Nguyen and her team has been pleasant and great. I first came in desperation due to bumps around my cheeks and nose that had been there for a year. After only 2 visits and following her regime, my skin has been improved and even better than before those bumps! She’s very knowledgeable and confident in her expertise! I had some Botox and lip filler done with Dr Nguyen and I couldn’t be happier! She is so talented and put some much thought into the final look that I wanted. She was very careful and considerate of what I wanted but also gently recommended a few things which all resulted in a beautiful final look. And they checked on me 2 weeks later to make sure all was well settled and I liked the look. I love it and will be seeing Dr. Nguyen again. Staff was also very friendly and kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. It’s a lovely office there at the Domain. Excellent experience!

My skin is glowing! Dr. Madalyn Nguyen has truly helped me build my confidence by making my acne so much more manageable in just a few visits. My skin is the clearest it’s been in so long. She takes the time to answer all of your questions and teaches you how to properly take care of your skin. She also creates a safe, comfortable space where you feel completely at ease asking anything. I always leave feeling good about myself. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are incredibly kind and patient, they really make you feel heard and cared for. On top of that, the whole experience is so relaxing. Not every doctor’s office feels this way, it honestly feels more like being at a spa.

I had a great experience with Dr Nguyen. Being an older male in my late 60s, I was a bit apprehensive about going to a facility. I thought that maybe catered to cosmetic aspects of dermatology. But I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was great, Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Keelyey we’re both very thorough, and great communicators, explaining to me what they were doing and what I needed to do for follow up. I will definitely be going back to them regularly for my future skin cancer screenings. Another nice thing was there was plenty of free parking within a very short, walking distance of the office. And when you’re done, you can do some great shopping or grab a bite to eat there in the domain.
