Synergy Plastic Surgery

Ok, where to start. I’m a 35 year old mom of three and my children sucked the life out of my chest. I felt extremely blessed prior and didn’t really want obvious implants or scars so was hesitant about a lift but open to augmentation. I have wanted a labiaplasty for a while though and my husband knew that I would never make the call myself so he got the ball rolling. Vlasta was the first person that I spoke with at Synergy and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted. 😅 Dr. Kerr was professional, experienced and provided great advice for my goal but also for the best results. Which is what I got. I am still amazed every time I look in the mirror. My breasts look super natural, they are beautiful and I’m really happy that I didn’t chicken out. My labiaplasty was a painful recovery (not gonna lie ) but Dr. Kerr and his staff kept a good eye on everything to ensure the recovery looked good and the results were definitely worth it. I don’t want to forget to mention that the pre/post operation team were great about introducing themselves, letting me know what we were doing, what was next, keeping me comfortable and we’re all very friendly. Last but not least 😁 I also had a Botox appointment with Mara and she was fantastic as well. My first time with her I just did my forehead, my second time I added a little bit to my lip too. Again the results were so good I had to go back. Thank you to the entire Synergy Team!

I just completed my first year in the “Skin Club.” This is the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. The club helps make certain services affordable. I was able to get a few microneedle sessions and diamond glow facials from Regina. These two services have rescued my skin. It also feels great to get so many compliments knowing that I improved my appearance with minimal sessions and cost. Regina really listens and advises you on what would work best with your certain type of skin. The trust I have with this company is beyond measurement. Mara is their injectable technician and she also takes the time to make the appointment personable and watching her adjust levels and create a map of your face shows just how much experience she has. If they could hire 10x Reginas and 10x Maras, the whole city would be looking their best naturally. This review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Charlotte and Hannah at the front desk. They return calls, schedule appointments with ease and frankly, they are just the most upbeat gals that I’ve been around in awhile!! I truly enjoy checking in with them and listening to what services they have enjoyed. If you are doubting the benefits of their services because of the cost, the club and the glowing skin of Hannah and Charlotte will surely change your mind. Facts!!! I will be signing up for another year of the club. The savings are out of this world when you use Synergy Plastic Surgery for your skin upkeep!

Excellent experience with Dr. Blagg and the Round Rock office overall. He is patient, approachable, and never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to listen and is clearly invested in patient care. I had a mommy makeover & am very pleased with my results. I also received lip injections at the same facility with Leslie, who was professional, thorough, and delivered great results. Highly recommend this team and location for all of your cosmetic needs!

I cannot say enough great things about Synergy Plastic Surgery and Dr. Crawford! Everyone at the office is so kind, responsive, and very helpful. They have always been patient to answer my questions and concerns. Dr. Crawford is a godsend. Her bedside manner is incredible. I always feel like I’m her only patient of the day. I never feel rushed. She did my breast augmentation and I LOVE my results. I wouldn’t change a thing. I actually had an idea of the size I wanted after my first consultation but after meeting with Dr. Crawford and talking through what I wanted my results to look like, Dr. Crawford suggested a larger implant. I was nervous but ultimately trusted her expertise. Now, 5 weeks post op, I am so glad I trusted her because I got EXACTLY what I wanted. I have so much self confidence now, I love it! I chose Synergy because my sister had a wonderful experience there a few years ago, so I went into my consultation with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. Cosmetic surgery requires a tremendous amount of confidence in a practice. Unfortunately, I left feeling more like a price tag than a patient, and more like a scheduling problem than someone whose time, comfort, and vulnerability mattered. To start with the positives, the staff was friendly, and I fully understand that emergencies happen in a medical practice. I respect that the doctor prioritized a patient who needed immediate attention, and I would never fault a physician for taking care of someone in an urgent situation. My frustration comes from everything surrounding that emergency and how it was handled. I originally scheduled my consultation at the Austin location more than two weeks in advance. The day before my appointment, I was informed that Austin’s AC was out and asked to drive to the Round Rock location instead. I expressed concern about the additional distance and asked whether I should simply reschedule. I was assured there was availability, told I would get to meet directly with a doctor, and offered a waived consultation fee for making the change. I adjusted my schedule, took the entire day off work instead of a half day, drove the extra distance, arrived early, completed my paperwork, and was brought back promptly. After a brief discussion, the doctor asked me to change into a robe so we could continue the consultation. After changing, I sat alone in the exam room for more than 45 minutes. One staff member did check on me about 20 minutes in and explained that the doctor had been pulled into an emergency. I appreciated the update. However, after that, there was virtually no communication. No one offered me the option to reschedule, gave me an estimated wait time, or discussed alternatives. I sat there needing to use the restroom, feeling vulnerable, and wondering if anyone remembered I was there. Eventually, I opened the door myself and asked whether I should reschedule because it was clear the doctor would be occupied for quite some time. What bothered me most was not the emergency itself. It was the feeling that the practice tried to fit additional patients into a location that simply wasn’t prepared for the increased volume. If the Round Rock office couldn’t reasonably accommodate the added appointments, I would have preferred to be rescheduled from the beginning rather than spend roughly three hours driving round-trip and leave without the consultation I came for. By the time the doctor returned and offered to continue, the trust was gone. During my wait, I also witnessed another patient leave after expressing frustration about an extended delay and wanting her time respected as well. I genuinely believe Synergy has many satisfied patients, including my sister. However, first impressions matter—especially when deciding whether to trust a practice with elective surgery. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients. Unfortunately, after this experience, I chose not to move forward with treatment through Synergy.
