After many consultations my gf recommended Mia Aesthetics. Reading some of the comments I was a bit scared, but trusted my gf. I am so happy I listened to her. Everything about my experience was great, from beginning to end. The staff was very nice, my nurse, anesthesiologist and Dr Morse were everything I could ask for.

She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive every single time I had questions or concerns. What stood out most to me was how much Doreen genuinely cared. Cosmetic surgery can feel overwhelming and emotional at times, and she consistently made me feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the process. She never made me feel rushed and always took the time to explain things clearly. Customer service like hers is rare, and she truly made my experience so much better. UPDATE: I have reached out to several emails and the one that commented on this review as asked ( I had emailed them even before I posted the review) and nothing back from anyone. I chose Mia Aesthetics believing their process would be thorough and patient-centered, but my experience was the opposite. From the beginning, I felt pressured by frequent calls to schedule surgery, followed by poor communication once my deposit was paid. I did not meet with my surgeon during my pre-op appointment and only briefly met him moments before surgery. Post-op care was inconsistent, and several concerns were dismissed. I experienced ongoing pain, was later diagnosed with stage 3 capsular contracture, and required multiple additional surgeries. Scheduling was chaotic, with surgery dates changed last-minute and unexpected fees presented while I was already prepped for surgery and hooked to an IV. Despite repeated assurances that there would be no added costs, I felt cornered into paying thousands of dollars. After four surgeries and over $12,000 spent, I am still left with uneven breasts and significant rippling that was never corrected. My attempts to get help were ignored, and I was eventually told my only option was to pay for yet another surgery with a different doctor. I have since consulted an independent surgeon, who informed me that correcting the damage from Mia Aesthetics will cost well over $24,000. This is my honest review. I share it so others will do thorough research and not be swayed by price alone. My experience taught me a painful lesson: at this practice, I felt like a number—not a patient.
