My first visit to the Plastic Surgery Center of Austin was in 2009. I spoke with Dr. Steven Holzman regarding a procedure, and ultimately decided he would be the surgeon to perform the procedure. Dr. Holzman was professional, personable and very honest about his work, and the expected results. I was very pleased with the outcome of the procedure. My recovery went smoothly with no issues, and the results were amazing. Recently, I had a consultation with Dr. Holzman for an additional procedure, and 17 years later he remembered me. He was very honest in our consultation as to what he thought was the best course of action moving forward, and I'm appreciative of his candor and the information he provided. Additionally, his office staff was kind and the ease of getting an appointment was effortless. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Holzman to anyone seeking an honest, professional and compassionate doctor for any plastic surgery or cosmetic treatments.

have nothing but good things to say. went in for scar revision surgery and from consult to procedure to follow-up, everything was just super pleasant and easy. office staff is genuinely kind/friendly which is refreshing. as for dr. holzman, he obviously knows his stuff and yet, he’s unstuffy. he’s direct and honest but in a comforting reassuring way. and he’s got a pretty good sense of humor to boot!

Dr Holzman is exceptionally kind and an expert in body contouring. I saw him for a consultation for a breast reduction and tummy tuck after major weight loss. He made me feel extremely comfortable in the appointment and took the time to explain everything in great detail and answer every question. He was up front about his recommendations and covered a variety of techniques available to reach my goals. I truly appreciated his kind demeanor, wealth of knowledge and patience.

Dr. Holzman and the staff at the Plastic Surgery Center of Austin are amazing. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and empathetic. He didn't try to persuade me to go a specific direction and provided me with the facts I needed to make the right decision for me. The results were exactly what I wanted and asked for. We walked through my medical history together to make sure I received the best treatment to avoid complications and side effects which showed how much he cared and I am grateful for that.
