I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Potter and her entire team. Every interaction I had with this office was friendly, progressional, and full of energy. From receptionists to nurses to Dr. Potter herself, everyone made sure that my visit felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Potter has a unique ability to understand her patients goals in a really personal way, and with that understanding she was able to create the most exceptional results for me with my breast augmentation. I would recommend Dr. Potter to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Potter, for the most incredible experience!

I am incredibly grateful to be in the care of Dr. Elisabeth Potter. From the very beginning, her attention to detail, precision, and depth of expertise were unmistakable. What truly sets her apart is how carefully she listens—not only to surgical goals, but to the full picture of her patients’ health, physical recovery, and mental well-being. Every decision felt thoughtful and intentional, and I consistently felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. As someone in the medical field, I understand what it means to advocate for patients—and I also know how important it is to feel heard when you are the patient. That was seamless here. Dr. Elisabeth Potter and her team created a collaborative, team-oriented environment from the very beginning, which made advocating for myself feel natural, easy, and respected. Her technical skill is exceptional, matched by a calm confidence that builds immediate trust in what can otherwise feel overwhelming. Just as impressive is the team around her—every member of her staff reflects the same level of professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness, creating a truly cohesive and supportive experience from start to finish. It is rare to find a physician and team who combine this level of surgical mastery, attention to detail, and genuinely patient-centered care. I feel incredibly fortunate to be under her care and would recommend her without hesitation.

I’m a year post op after a double mastectomy followed by immediate diep reconstruction and when I met with my oncologist and OB over the past year, both of them stared at me for 5 minutes in awe asking questions about how she was able to do such an amazing job. Even the hospital staff would comment on how Dr. Potter was their “mentor”. Her staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention she’s trying to fight for women’s health rights against big insurance companies. Keep fighting the good fight! I’d recommend her to anyone.

I am so very pleased that I choose Dr. Potter to perform my reconstructive surgery. I traveled 4 hours away from home to seek her expertise. There definitely was a travel expense, that I found very worth going the distance. I first met with her in Jan 2025. I really wanted to have just one surgery (dmx to diep), as I have a rambunctious 2 year old. So I discussed this option with her. She was open to it, but went over all the risks. I ended up choosing to do dmx to expanders with delayed DIEP, and I am glad I did as I had to have radiation which wouldn't have been good to have on a newly DIEP boob. In March I had my dmx to expander surgery. Dr. Potter's team did a wonderful job in getting me prepared for the surgery. Dr. Potter made me feel calm and reassured going into surgery. Surgery went very well. The expanders actually gave me some curve that I was pleased with. After surgery their post operative check ups really make you feel safe and well cared for. In December I did my DIEP surgery, and let me tell you I was shocked how quickly I healed!! Within the first week most pain had subsided in my chest. I was tight in the front and it took me a few weeks to really stand up straight all the time. I was fully healed within a month of my surgery. Dr. Potter, with her amazing skill, was able to complete the surgery in 3.5 hours, which I attribute to me healing so fast. Also her stitches look soooooo good. There really is an art to the way she performs this surgery, and she is exquisite in what she does. Every step of the way I felt cared for, listened to, and supported. Their procedure guidelines make you feel very safe. Each and every person in that office is absolutely amazing! Dr. Potter hires the right people to support her and her patients... a trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind staff. I chose Dr. Potter because she has had so much experience. I found out about her social media after my first appointment. And you can really see her moral compass come through in so many posts. It really just reassured me that I had choosen the right person to trust with my health and such a major surgery. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Dr. Potter not only did a great job as my surgeon, but she is an amazing advocate for patient safety and outcomes, fighting against the injustice of big healthcare, and supporting healthcare workers. As a nurse, I see advocacy as a very important part of patient care, and am so grateful to see someone in her position use it for the benefit of her patients and all the people who work with her. I have had nothing but pleasant encounters with her and the staff at her practice, and have felt well taken care of during my experience as her patient.
