Surgery went super smooth and easy. Felt like going to the dentist to get some fillings done. Dr. Caridi did the surgery under local anesthesia. Even after just one day of recovery feeling very little soreness in my chest. 10/10 recommend this surgeon and staff to anyone looking to get this done.

I had an excellent experience at Austin Gynecomastia Center. The staff were incredibly nice and easy to talk to, providing top-notch customer service throughout. They made me feel safe and comfortable from start to finish, and their communication about both pre-op and post-op care was clear and thorough. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend anyone considering their services to give them a visit!

Absolutely stunned at the results. I found Dr. C on google and based my decision to go with him on his YouTube videos and google reviews. We flew in from out of town Sunday night, had surgery Monday morning and relaxed in the hotel all evening. The next day we flew home at 1:30pm and was back home by 7 with no complications traveling. The actual surgery was quick and very minimal pain along with no scaring. The results were way beyond what I ever imagined possible! I’m still blown away! The staff was also amazing. The nurse spent most of the morning making sure I was comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about post care. Words truly cannot express how impressed I am with the entire process and results. Not to mention the cost was much much lower than any local surgeon I met with and they all told me there would be a lot of scaring and they could not guarantee the results I was looking for. Well Dr. C was very confident I would be happy and he was not wrong! Highly recommend!

I've waited a year after my surgery to write this review. I went to Dr. Caridi for my 2nd revision surgery. My first two surgeries were excision-only without liposuction. My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking much worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. It's clear he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Give a look on the Gynecomastia sub-Reddit and you'll find other folks who have suffered from a similar experience with Caridi. Wish I had done more research. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.
