Dr. Cole was referred to me by a surgeon I knew on the west coast in the same specialty to treat sagging upper eyelids, particularly the left. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Dr. Cole was thorough and explained my options. There was no pressure, just great information. I chose surgical correction and am very happy with the results. The staff at Oculus is friendly and down-to-earth. Susan, the nurse, was great with the pre and post op follow up.

Dr Cole and the crew do a fantastic job and will take great care of you. If you are considering laser treatments, it is worth a visit to discuss the new cool laser technology. The settings can be adjusted for different situations so it’s tailored for your specific needs. The down time is minimal and the results are excellent!

Dr. Cole is a remarkable surgeon and an even better human being. Not only is he kind and patient, but he has to be one of the most compassionate doctors I’ve ever met! He truly cares about his patients and for us to get the best results possible. He goes above and beyond and that meant the world to me! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Cole. His bedside manner made me feel so comfortable and at ease. That’s pretty hard to find these days! His medical assistant , Tyler, is also very helpful and kind. He is a true delight to work with as is Dr. Cole’s nurse, Susan. She has a heart of gold and answers any questions you may have regarding your procedure. She never makes you feel like you are “bothering” her. Bottom line: Dr. Cole and his medical team are outstanding! You cannot go wrong with such a wonderful plastic surgeon.

Dr. Cole is skilled & kind! I've had 1 surgery & 2 minor procedures performed by Dr. Cole at Oculus and I am beyond pleased with my results. He has always placed special focus on my requests and provided honest feedback about his options and surgical plans. I've recovered faster than expected after each of my procedures & I attribute that to his experience & skills. Another perk is that his office staff is knowledgeable, warm and friendy. I've received compliments about the areas Dr. Cole has treated, but no on has asked me if I had plastic surgery to achieve the results...which was my surgical goal - an enhanced appearance, without looking "DONE".

I can not thank Doctor Cole enough for what he has done for my wife over the years! She has been through so much with her prosthetic eye and with surgeons that have promised and never delivered. Doctor Cole saved her life! He took time to explain in detail what he was going to do to correct her issue, spent time discussing with me, and followed up after the procedures way beyond expectations! I'm an old Marine that does not take to people and trust even less! Doctor Cole is one in a billion that I consider a true professional and at the top of surgical expertise! We drove more than six hours for what he has done and will continue to do for my wife! Five Stars will never be enough for what this man! Always above and beyond the call of duty!
