She took the time to understand my situation, believed it was worth advocating for, and successfully obtained coverage that no one else had even attempted to seek. Just as importantly, her technical skill is extraordinary. The outcome she achieved was beyond what I could have hoped for. Dr. Santosa and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Her office is beautiful, and the process from consultation to surgery to post-op was so smooth. Dr. Santosa preformed my breast reduction and did an absolutely beautiful job, my only regret is not doing it sooner! She provided exactly what I wanted, and was so wonderful to work with, and personally called me to let me know when my insurance approved the procedure. Dr Santosa is amazing. I came in for my consultation at age 16 when I was noticing severe breast asymmetry that was not improving. Dr Santosa talked me through all the options I had so that I felt like I had enough knowledge to make an informed decision. Even though I was young, she always treated me as an adult. My insurance originally said they would cover the procedure. The night before the actual surgery they pulled out and said they would no longer cover it. Dr. Santosa took time out of her evening and called the Insurance company fighting for me. That is the dedication that she provides for her patients and perfectly demonstrates the type of practitioner and human she is. I am so amazed with my results and when I’m asked if I would do anything different, I tell people I wouldn’t. Dr. Santosa was such a God-send and not only does she say that she cares, she shows it.
