I had such an amazing experience with this team and felt like I had to share. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Lisa, Ariel, and Geri made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. It honestly felt like being at home. Surgery can be such a vulnerable and scary experience, especially since this was my first time ever having a procedure, and I was awake for it. They constantly checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was okay and comfortable, which meant so much. Before, during, and after the surgery they were attentive, reassuring, and genuinely kind. I never felt like just another patient. Because of how supportive and professional they were, the entire experience was so much better than I expected. I truly felt safe in their hands. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a procedure, and because of them I wouldn’t even hesitate to do it again if I needed to.

From beginning to end, my experience with Dr. Lissa and her team was absolutely amazing. When I first called to make my appointment, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Shay, the coordinator, made me feel very comfortable right away and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The entire staff was kind, informative, and made sure I understood everything about my procedure and what was needed beforehand. Dr. Lissa herself was extremely professional, patient, and detailed when answering my questions. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. One of the main reasons I chose Dr. Lissa“The Body Snatcher” was because of the educational videos she posts on Facebook, Instagram, and social media. She truly takes the time to educate her patients, and that meant a lot to me. When I arrived at the office, everything was prompt and organized. The facility was very clean, and the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease immediately. During my procedure, I was awake the entire time, and honestly, the atmosphere was so comforting. We talked, laughed, and had great conversations throughout the procedure. Dr. Lisa and her team constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I stayed alert, relaxed, and pain-free the entire time. After the procedure, they carefully explained my medications, helped me get into my garment, and made sure I understood everything I needed to do during recovery. The aftercare was just as impressive as the procedure itself. Once I got home, they called to check on me and continued following up during my healing process and post-op pictures to make sure I was doing well and keeping my pain at a minimum. I am extremely pleased with my results and overall experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Lissa and her team to anyone considering a procedure. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make you feel safe, comfortable, and supported. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

In times of concern or additional questions that I posed the Dr. Lissa and team took the time to answer in detail, diminishing any concerns that I may have had. I am so thankful for the body positive focus that Dr.Lissa has for plus size bodies in particular to ensure that in your journey you are able to achieve looking and feeling your best.
