Dr. Cullen is a wonderful doctor. He has amazing bedside manner, is personable, gives his honest opinion and will make a recommendation but also provides options so as the patient you are empowered to decide what feels best for you. He has an artists eye and his office is wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend highly enough for anyone in the capital area who would like a consultation from a plastic surgeon or needs help from one.

I've been going here for many years. Both my husband and have had moles removed and I've had cosmetic procedures. Dr cullen has always done an excellent job and he is a genuinely nice person too.

Dr. Cullen is a patient and skilled surgeon. He removed a cancerous growth from my forehead and did an excellent job. Dr. Cullen clearly explained the procedure from pre-surgery to post care. He never made me feel rushed or uncertain. Although removing the cancer was my primary concern, I'm very happy with how my forehead looks post surgery. In addition, his assistant, Christina, was helpful and friendly throughout.

Dr. Cullen and his staff are so professional and amazingly skilled! I had two biopsies done by him and you can’t see any evidence that anything was done! He takes the necessary time to explain your options and gives excellent advice. I confidently recommend.

Dr. Cullen is a wonderful doctor who made me feel very at ease about everything regarding my procedure. What I really appreciated about our intital consult was he did not sugar coat anything and explained to me what the “speed bumps” in recovery would be. Knowing this after the first apt I was able to go home and truly think about the surgery before committing. I was not surprised by anything and the outcome and I truly believe that has helped in the recovery process. The end result is perfect and I am so so glad I had Dr. Cullen and his staff to help me along the way. Christina who has been along for the ride as well, is amazing and helped answer my many questions!
