Worked with Viviana to coordinate my trip to Mexico to have an extended tummy tuck, lipo360, and BBL by Dr. Rodrigo Otero and Luis F. Montaño. My entire experience was fantastic. Everything was communicated clearly and quickly from my first time I called through to any and all messages post op. Doctors were very professional, attentive to my requests, and I’m very pleased with their work. Hospital and staff were very clean, helpful, and I felt very well taken care of. Would recommend.

I worked with Viviana, she arranged everything so I only had to get to the airport and she took care of the rest, preop and several months post op! Dr. Elsy Montufar, she left me better than what I thought my end results would look like. I look better now than I did before I had my kids! I recommend both beyond the 5 stars. I started my journey last year and due to unforseen events I had to postpone. The communication with Viviana was amazing she guided me through the whole process always answered my questions. Really great opened arms feels. After my surgery I communicated alot with Noami and she was also great. The staff at Elebeauty was overall great and would recommend for the cosmetic surgery needs!! My experience at Elebeauty was awesome! I was very insecure about my chest fat and had been struggling with that my whole life. I found elebeauty on google and from day 1 they have been awesome. Esmeralda made sure I was comfortable from our initial conversation. They had me do bloodwork before the surgery to insure everything would go well. The day of the surgery, all the staff was super comforting and communicative. Post surgery they would follow up to make sure I was feeling well and had no complications. I’m now 2 1/2 months post operation and I feel amazing.

I have been so fortunate to have several amazing experiences with Dr. Elsy Montufar and staff… when I say all of these ladies are absolutely amazing I mean every word. I was taken care of from the minute I stepped off the plane until I was taken back to the airport. My procedures went beautifully and the staff at the healing house also took such good care of me. I was fed amazing food, I received massages and was checked on constantly…anything I needed I received. Even my care I received when I went home was amazing. I was always checked on and If I had an issues they got right back to me. I even went back for a facelift after my mommy make over and arm lift and the results from all my procedures healed so well. I would 110% recommend Ele Beauty because I know that you will not only get the results you want but no hospital will ever take care of you the way these ladies do!! O did I tell you next month I’ll be returning yet again to receive a leg lift by Dr. Montufar!!! Yes I am because I trust her fully and I just know I’m gonna love it!!!
