Dr. Milla was amazing! Him and his whole staff took good care of me during my stay. Very friendly, approachable and answered all my questions. The receptionist were very kind as well and showed me great hospitality. Definitely coming back in the near future!

I came across TjPlast by recommendation of a friend who had previously had surgery here. My experience was amazing. I had a liposuction 360 with transfer on January. During the process all the staff took good care of me, made sure I was well, and Dr. Vargas gave me just what I asked for. Natural looking results! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for seamless results. I also had my lymphatic drainage massage at their spa with Meli and she was so helpful, very knowledgeable about the recovery process, and with every massage I would notice a reduction in the swelling. I am loving the result! Thank you to everyone at TjPlast!

Dr. Jesus Manuel Vargas was honestly great. I went in for scar revision because the scar had been bothering me for a long time, and from the start he made me feel heard and taken seriously. He explained everything in a way that was clear and realistic, without overpromising, and answered my questions without ever making me feel rushed. During the procedure, his technique was very precise, and he stayed calm and reassuring the whole time. That made a big difference—it felt like I was in very capable hands. The follow-up care was just as solid, and it was clear he genuinely cared about how things healed, not just getting through the appointment. I’m really happy with the result and glad I chose him. Best Plastic Surgeon ever! super professional and attentive! I had another appointment in Tijuana with another surgeon who cancelled my appointment all of sudden 😞 I drove all the way from Anaheim and desperately since i was already in TJ I looked for any plastic surgeon that could do a walk in . Thankfully Dr Milla and his staff offers walk in's Botox Party's every other Thursday or Friday so I walk in told him my situation and he just asked me what i wanted told him my desires and he made them become true! I highly recommend Dr Milla, thank you and all uour Staff at TJ Plast Med are the best ❤️🙏

I reside in the states and was looking for a doctor who performs facelifts in Tijuana since its near California. After looking at before and afters on Instagram and having multiple video conference calls mostly via WhatsApp I decided on Dr. Hector Milla. My husband and I scheduled an in person appointment with the Dr. He explained everything, I received a quote and scheduled the surgery. On the day of surgery we weren't able to go through with it (not the doctors fault). Dr. Milla agreed if I returned he would credit me $1k which covered my flights, I agreed. I proceeded to schedule the surgery the next year. This time when I reached out they quoted me over $1k higher than before and said they weren't aware of the $1k Dr. Milla said he would credit me. I had to tell them this was poor customer service and unacceptable and that I would post the text messages on the review. This is after Dr. Milla's office not returning tests/calls which I felt were ignored for days on purpose. Then it was communicated that they spoke to Dr. Milla and he confirmed the price. Now comes the day of surgery. I had the surgery. The day after I had a fever due to their negligence (After surgery I was left waiting for hours in the surgery room to be brought upstairs by the nurse due to her being on lunch). I literally couldn't feel my body not to mention my face! I couldnt talk! I was extremely upset. I decided to stay 5 days at the recovery house located at the hospital which I wouldn't recommend either. Dr. Milla would come see me there after his surgeries which was convenient. Now I return to California and would have to return to remove the stitches which his assistant removes them. Then I had to returned for more stitches to be removed again his assistant was the one who removed them. I contacted Dr. Milla office and requested that the doctor be there on my last appointment since I would be returning home for good which he was. Now some of the stitches weren't removed. Its been 1 month and a half after surgery and they still haven't fell out like Dr. Milla said they would. I also got an eye infection which I had to go to change my flight go to another clinic and see a specialist and pay for medications. Did I mention its been 1 month and 18 days today and I spoke to Dr. Milla once and it was me reaching out to his assistants due to the infection. The lack of communication, respect, care is unbelievable!!!! I rather go to another doctor who cares and doesn't disregard me. I have all the text messages to prove this. I am unsure if its cause I am in the states and not Mexican but Dr. Milla did not and has not provided me with any follow up communication. Atleast a text message asking how I am doing. I do NOT recommend this doctor!
