I came here and had the best experience. Transportation was provided. I stayed on the premises at the Recovery Boutique and still remember every detail. Dr. Quiroz was my doctor and he gave me exactly what I wanted. The staff all are great. Mrs. Paulina,Perla and Dr Quiroz are the best. I referred a few people and they had no complaints either.

I’d never had surgery before but I decided to schedule a procedure. The staff was attentive and kind, and they kept in touch over email consistently. The transportation was wonderful and made a huge difference too. The interior was modern and welcoming, very spacious and clean. I only had a consult with Dr. Fuentes over email, but I’d researched him a lot online so I just trusted him. I admired his polite bedside manner and my nose turned out even better than I hoped for. Instead of doing one-size-fits-all rhinoplasties like some surgeons, he seems to make every procedure unique to fit the client’s face best. He’s remarkably talented. I had a lovely experience and I will definitely be returning to Cosmed for other things in the future. Update, 4 months post op and I wish the clinic had reached out to follow up but they never really did- my nose still looked a bit droopy so I messaged them to ask if I was able to tape it (although it wasn’t required), but no one ever responded. I was kind of disappointed that after the surgery I felt like I no longer had anyone I could reach out to.

Great experience from beginning to end. Excellent and attentive staff that really seemed to care. Clean facility and Dr Quiroz has a wonderful bedside manner as well as being an excellent facial surgeon! Highly recommend this facility and the Dr.

I was a bit nervous to go to Tijuana for a cosmetic surgery, being that I live in Canada. However I had the best experience with my doctor. The anesthesiologist was so comforting while relaxing me. They went above and beyond to ensure my safety and the results were more than I could have hoped for. I am so impressed with this clinic. It is immaculately clean and the staff are on call at all times day and night 24 hours to help you with whatever you need. The after care provided is thorough and very clear. My patient coordinator Paulina :) should be given an award for all the extra help she gave me with arranging my stay and after care. The prices are very good and I felt extremely safe, comfortable, and have amazing results, even early on in my healing process. I would recommend this clinic to anyone anywhere. I already have for all my friends who are looking to have a procedure done. The drivers that take you back and forth to the airport are friendly and positive, they seem to really care for the people. I would go back anytime!!! :)

WARNING! Please don’t go here, I’m trying to save you or a loved one. Please read the reviews for Dr. Quiroz and the whole practice, you can sort by lowest and see the photos for yourself. Also check yelp. My wife had a procedure here and it was botched. She’s having a second surgery 1 year later to fix it and after consulting with top doctors in the states, they have made it very clear that he should not own a surgical practice. They put her life in danger, didn’t even know how to insert an IV, didn’t give her the right amount of anesthesia and left her with dead tissue and horrible scars. She was screaming in pain. I hope this review helps other people.
