CER Hospital

My experience here was INCREDIBLE! The Staff are all amazing and kind and very attentive to my care. I’d highly recommend coming here. It was an experience and I’m sad it’s coming to an end, but also ready to be back home. Special shout out to Mary for getting my IV in. I don’t have good veins and she got it on the first try. I loved my experience at CER hospital. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The hospital was beautiful, clean, and modern and my room was very spacious! I stayed for 2 days while recovering from a 360 tummy tuck, torsoplasty, and breast lift. I felt so safe and cared for. I would definitely go back again and recommend to others.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hospital. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness, efficiency, kindness, and overall level of care and expertise were immediately apparent. As a registered nurse, this hospital is far superior to most hospitals in the United States. Throughout my stay, I was treated with exceptional compassion and professionalism. My nurses, Veronica and Mary, were outstanding. They made sure I was fully informed about every medication before administering it, checked on me regularly, and whenever I needed to call them, it felt as though they were right outside my door. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The doctors never made me feel rushed and took the time to provide clear, thoughtful explanations. Dr. Ochoa and Dr. Iguera both have exceptional bedside manner and are truly excellent at what they do. I felt nervous going into my procedure, but after speaking with them at my bedside, I knew I was in the right place. I would not hesitate for a moment to return here, and I would absolutely encourage my friends and family to consider this hospital for their medical care. Thank you, CER Hospital, for such an outstanding experience.

Stayed overnight after surgery. Everything was thoroughly explained & everyone introduced themselves in a very professional manner, the usual. What I didn’t expect how nice everyone is! The nurses, the docs, the staff were so positive. Made me feel right at home, made me so comfortable. I’m pretty shy but here I felt like I could speak up and ask anything. Todos muy amables y positivos. The food was good and plentiful.

This hospital is amazing super beautiful, super clean and the staff so friendly so patient . I will definitely come back here for any other medical care that I need 10,000 times better than what you get in the United States. Food is great! The phlebotomist and nurse that did my IV the most gentle I’ve ever felt simply amazing.
