Five Start Surgeron and Service! I had two previous nose surgeries that left my nose collapsed on the outside and aesthetically abnormal. More importantly, the condition affected my ability to breathe properly. I knew I needed at least a third surgery to be able to breathe normally again, but I was afraid to move forward because I did not know where to go or which doctor to trust. I started by researching some of the best nose surgery doctors in California. My first consultation was with a doctor in Newport Beach, California. During the appointment, the doctor examined my nose and explained that it would need to be completely rebuilt. He told me that he could not promise a beautiful aesthetic result, but he believed I would at least be able to breathe normally and that my nose would look better than it did at that time. Although I appreciated his honesty, his explanation made me feel disappointed and discouraged, so I decided to continue looking for another option. My second option was in Colombia. I met with another doctor, and she explained a similar diagnosis, but in a less dramatic way. I felt more comfortable with her, so I began coordinating the surgery. However, when the time came, the process became disorganized. They changed my surgery location to another city, and I did not feel confident with how everything was being handled. Because of that, I decided to cancel the surgery. My third option was again in Newport Beach, California. A friend recommended another local doctor, and I decided to give him a chance because staying local would help me avoid traveling, taking extended time off work, and managing recovery far from home. However, after evaluating me, this doctor also said that my nose required complete reconstruction. He also expressed concern that my skin might not tolerate the surgery well and that there was a risk of complications. Hearing that made me feel very discouraged, and I decided not to move forward with that doctor. My fourth option was a doctor in Florida through a virtual consultation. He gave me a similar opinion, explaining that the surgery involved many risks. His price was also higher than the other options, so I decided not to move forward with him either. Eventually, a friend encouraged me to visit her plastic surgeon in Tijuana, Mexico. At first, I had doubts because he was a general plastic surgeon, and after two unsuccessful surgeries, I wanted a specialist for my third attempt. However, after my friend insisted several times, I finally decided to schedule a consultation. During the appointment, the doctor explained the same main concern that the other doctors had shared: my nose needed reconstructive surgery because there was not enough cartilage left. He explained that the process would likely require two phases: one major reconstruction surgery and a second smaller procedure for refinement. He was honest about the complexity of the case, but he was also optimistic, confident, and clear in his explanation. For the first time, I felt that I was in the right place with the right doctor. His confidence, honesty, and professionalism gave me peace. Another important factor was the cost, which was significantly lower than the other options I had considered. Today, it has been 10 months since my surgery. I can breathe well, and the best part is that my nose also looks very good. Great doctor, He did a great job on my daughter and sisters. Always having in mind that a butt and liposuction should look natural and not like a diaper or fake. He knows how to contour a body. Dr. Irving Rodriguez was my surgeon and I must say that I personally had a good experience overall with him and the staff. Like everyone else, I read the negative reviews however, I didn’t let it affect MY personal opinion of this office. I did my diligence and scheduled a consult, drove from LA to meet him and I was pleased with his bedside manner. He told me exactly what procedure I could benefit from to achieve the look I desired and was confident about it. I walked out with my surgery date on that day. My post op recovery was great! Comfortable rooms with kind nurses. Being that I live far, he accepted a virtual call during my post op follow up visit. He never rushes during appointments and when he’s not available the staff is. I looove the way I look!!

Really bad service the unit will not allow any kind of companion for your loved ones and you decide to park your car in the designated area patients there will denied you and send you to park on the street If you are going to prefer any kind of surgery in Tijuana Mexico, ask your doctor to use the room from another provider. Be careful.
