I’ve been coming to Dr. Blue for over 3 years and she does not disappoint! She’s not the type of Dr that just takes your money and does what ever you want she recommends what you need and makes sure you’re well balanced on your face. I have recommended several friends and will continue to do so, she’s the best and worth the drive!

I visited Dra Blue on September 1st for lips and Botox, and my experience was incredible from start to finish. She’s the only person I have let touch my face. Her clinic is spotless, professional, and comfortable, and her staff makes you feel right at home. I actually travel from Tennessee just to see her because she is the only person I trust with my treatments. What really sets Dra Blue apart is her honesty. If something is not the right option, she will let you know rather than doing it anyway, and that shows how much she cares about her patients. That kind of integrity, along with her amazing results, is why I keep coming back. The place is beyond great, and I always leave feeling so happy with my results.

My experience at Dra Blue was okay overall. My appointment was at 11, but she was about 30 minutes late because she was attending another client, which I understood. When she saw me, I told her I wanted lip filler, but after looking at my lips, she honestly recommended dissolving my migrated filler first instead of adding more. I actually appreciated that because it felt ethical and honest. I did get baby Botox, but I’m not very satisfied with the results because I feel like it made me look a little strange, like the placement points weren’t quite right. During my mom’s procedure, I also felt the interaction was very monotone and not very welcoming. It seemed rushed and repetitive, without much room for questions. Personally, I wouldn’t return, but everyone’s experience may be different.

My experience with this doctor was very disappointing. From the beginning, the appointment felt rushed and I was not given the opportunity to ask the questions I had. When it comes to procedures involving products being applied or injected into someone’s face, it is completely reasonable for a patient to want to ask several questions beforehand and fully understand what is being done. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Patients should feel respected, heard, and informed when they are trusting someone with cosmetic treatments. If you are going to run a practice where patient care and customer service are part of the business, attitude and professionalism matter. If treating patients with patience and basic courtesy is a challenge, then owning a business that relies on client trust and satisfaction may not be the right fit.
