Hospital Medassist

My father has been interned here for a complicated internal organ issue. The doctors have been good and the staff are very kind. It seems like they are all well-trained as to what to do. He got his bath, they changed his sheets, they almost always come when the button is pressed. He requested fruit and it came quickly. We have a private room now. It is spacious, has a private full bathroom, and even though it is next to the busy road it isn't loud. There is a nice little cafeteria on the fourth floor where one can get comida corrida lunches and breakfasts for about 90 pesos. NECESSARY: Bring your ID card because you need it to come in. Bring a mask; it's required in the public areas. Be very specific about any medication and the amounts needed for overnight care.

I went to this hospital to check if I had broken any bones in my knee from a fall on a PV sidewalk. The staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. They gave me reassurance that nothing was broken. Thanks to all the staff that dealt with my injury.

We had a very good experience here in 2021. Basically saved my son's life. I spent a week there with him and the care was excellent. I will forever be grateful to the nurses and physicians who work here. Awesome social worker who translated and assisted with so much detail. Thank you! You are all heroes.

My wife spent 3 nights here with the first night in ICU. The doctors are excellent and the nurses do a great job. If you are a gringo and have a medical problem go here. BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PASSPORT AND TRAVEL MEDICAL INSURANCE DETAILS WHEN YOU ARRIVE Steve & Diane Wilson

Treatment was ok but really disorganised. Hanging around for 7 hours just to get the bill! Go somewhere else if you can
